Extremely friendly and helpful staff, massive collection of retro/new games and games consoles, and very reasonable prices.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT take a loan with cash converters. I don't care how badly you want/need it. My previous car was written off and I have been trying to get finance or a car loan for months now only to find out that the reason they keep declining me is cause I've taken out a loan with cash converters. Apparently companies hate cash converters. They've legit ruined my name and credit score and I'm still struggling to buy a car till now.

Great range and very helpful staff. We were looking at jewellery and the 2 staff members helping us were very accomodating and gave us lots of good tips about second hand rings. Shop is also tidy and has a good range of various items. Appreciate your help, guys!

Worst customer service, asking for proof of purchase, even after providing ID. I tried to sell PS4 games, then they are letting me know that the rating for AU games are different than US, such as GTA V is 17+ Mature ESRB, and he expects it to be different in AU. The guy was asking for proof of purchase for a JBL speaker bought 7 years ago. They just want you to get a loan so they can confiscate your other assets when you are unable to pay back arrears.

Staff are quick to serve you at this place. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel welcome every time I come in and usually always walk out with at least something. Ayush knows a lot about games and could tell he knew his stuff! I had a great chat with him and he wasn’t pushy when I made a purchase of him which makes this cashies one of my favourites to go to. It’s was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back. Thanks Ayush!

This store a wide variety of power tools, some workers there such as Maria are absolutely awesome. However, the store management in particular manager with name Viben is incredibly dishonest and dodgy, he makes promises and changes his words instantly. Avoid this store because people like Viben are terrible.

I have never been treated so horribly by two young boys in my life.
Kelvin and zak to name a few.
Zak has been there for years his level of unprofessionalism today was actually baffling.
I have been there multiple times and never have I been this upset. And actually refused service!
I can see the previous remarks for poor customer service and that would be putting it nicely.
Zak has been there since prior to 2018 and I have seen him ongoing since then.
I had my six year old in the shop with me today we where in need of a little money to get us through until Tuesday.
I will never come here again and my comaints have been sent to head office.

Rude staff and not very knowledgeable about pricing. More than 10min speaking with person and they still weren't able to tell me how much they would pay for an item (Dyson Vacuum). Simple question but clearly too complicated for the staff member.

Nothing great to say, but they are as usual a great place for quick money, they have the option to take out cash loans up-to $5000.

Normal I'd give them 5 stars. But today it all changes.
I was unaware of a repayment that was due as I have misplaced my original contract and usually get a reminded.
The first staff member I spoke to was rude and proceeded to tell me that if I put a complaint in it would be pointless as his leaving and I wonder why?
Second staff member even though he was rude he was a little more helpful.
I work in retail myself and I know if I spoke to customer the way I was spoken to today I would of lost my job on the spot as its unacceptable behavior.
Generally most staff members are friendly and helpful but these 2 staff members give it a bad name for the rest

Products are generally good but over priced, cheaper on FB marketplace. I always buy on facebook now. I tried to get service but could not get any help as no one could assist. Loans are unhealthy and seem deceptive

Well i would say i was dismayed first no staff was offering any form of help until another staff that identified himself as coming from the head office had to call on one of them to assist though he wasn't cheerful initially but when I spent $1000 on jewelry and paid cash he then seemed nice. But to my greatest SUPRISE I wanted a speaker and couldn't buy it because he refused to let go of $10 discount extra that really startled me.

Rood staff all round n they make u feel like criminals n talk down to you specially front store manager or boss saw my stolen gold in there they treated us like Crim's n did not want to return they made many excuses n lies got the stuff back lucky I had photos wearing gold n had go to police and they still got mad at us like we were ripping them off expensive n undertrained loans people seem to get out off the wrong side if bed on daily baises not our fault the bs they go through with others keep your bs at home n be nice to the custermers specially new Zealand guy up bak
