Just made an appointment with Sara Tahsin. The receptionist told me I had to pay $55, just for a script over the phone which only she can give me. Disgusted. If I have a seizure/convulsions, they will be held liable.

The worse ever reception doesn't answer the phone leave customers on hold more then 15 minutes nearly 1 hours won't be come back hear at all place made me sick last time I was there and still sick

The doctors I’ve seen are very good.
Only criticism - sometimes long wait times - waiting room and phone but the staff are so busy non-stop.

If you want to book an appointment over the phone, please be prepared to wait for a long time. I tried once and wait for over 30 minutes.

I called them at 9: 00 AM today 10/10/23 when they opened to make a doctors appointment, just to be told that I have to call at 6: 00 PM to make an over the phone booking for the afternoon.
So, I waited all day & called them at 6: 15 PM & was on hold for near half an hour just to be told there are no available appointments!
What kind of absolute MUPPET show are you running Casey “Superclinic”?
Do you intentionally waste people’s time or is it just a matter of genuine incompetence?
I don’t know if this clinic was owned & run by different people back in the day when it was open 24 hours & you could just walk in & there were plenty of doctors available, but it’s now just a clown circus.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went to this clinic for help and they flat refused to do a thing. Doctors are supposed to help people but all they care about is paperwork
Sandhya Nanayakkara flat refused to help me and was practically smirking as she told me she couldn't help me. I was made to feel completely irrelevant. This is absolutely disgusting. This doctor should have her medical license removed.

Called the clinic son was unwell the staff (male) was so rude and didn't even bother to check if there was any appointments and told sorry we close in an hr and hung up on Me. So unprofessional how do people even hire staff like this.absolutely disgusting.

You book an apointment over the phone and they either call 3 hours later or they just don’t call at all! Not even the 2nd day

Terrible appointment making system. The doctor we see is an out of hour doctor, so he is not in their easyvisit appointment system. Only option is to call only at specified time on that day to get an appointment. Long wait times even if we call at the specified time. Frequently the call is 'cannot be taken' and then disconnected. So no way to make appointment with our doctor. This has been going on now for few years.
Incompetent management, cannot even get call answering and appointment system sorted. No doubt, still taking fat salaries and patting themselves on the back for the great job they are doing.

Today I called the Centre to make a tele health appointment they mentioned call after 6: 00pm then we can make your appointment. When I called @ 6: 05 pm a voice mail is activated and keep on saying we can’t connect this call.
What a Shame!

Don’t bother bringing your kids to get a catch up vaccination schedule from this clinic, they will charge you $50 for something you can do online for FREE off the government website and it takes less than 2 minutes to do. And they refuse to refund the money aswell even if you bring the government vaccination catch up schedule with you to your appointment they will still charge you $50 to give you the exact same document you already printed out prior to your appointment with them. They’re scammers.

I came into the clinic on Monday night, after being let down by the Casey hospital.
I just have to say the care, respect and understanding provided by Kyle at reception honestly made such a huge impact on the possible outcome of my situation. Thank you Kyle for being so kind and mostly for making a difference to the health care system.
If We had more people like Kyle at the front line of the health care system it would make such a huge difference in so many lives.

This place is hit and miss. Sometimes you get seen by someone good and sometimes you don't. The biggest problem are walkins. The admin staff try their best but if you walk in with a minor boo boo then you are going to wait. Simple as that. If you have an appointment, they see you pretty much on time.

I called on Tuesday and made an appointment for Thursday, myself and the guy on the phone said Thursday multiple times. I get to the clinic on the Thursday and they don't have me in, he put down for a different day. Then they couldn't squeeze me in, could only get me with a different doctor later in the day. Okay will you pay for fuel? Everyone is used to waiting one hour class for their appointment, I’m sure they could’ve squeezed me in somewhere! This 5 star review is for Dr Janki Patel.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with her. She is very kind, compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable… the list goes on.
Dr Patel goes above and beyond for her patients and provides holistic care, caring about every aspect from mental health, wellbeing, physical health etc.
Thank you so much Dr Patel, you’re an amazing Dr/ person.

Such a rip off…wanted to get treatment on Sunday night.there were no appointments available as there was only one doctor on duty but if I could pay $90 there was an appointment available with some wait.
Bulk billed appointment was available next morning so went next morning again and receptionist told me that there was an initial consultation fee $70 and later on its bulk billed.
It’s a shame - please STOP ripping off patients.
It’s a shame on the name of such a good provider of Public Heath in the past but not anymore as has now started ripping off patients.
Not coming back - Very much disappointed.

I'd recommend people to contact the Victorian Ombudsman on 9613 6222.
For any medical centre that's failing to provide the proper service needed.
Currently on 1hr on hold and still counting.
All of Melbourne must be calling at the same time

Booked a telehealth appointment today for my partner the doctor that rang was rude and honestly just disrespectful spoke down to my partner and ignored everything that she said.
Doubt I will be going back here again

Called up to book an appointment with a gp, spoke to lady named Vicky at reception, I was absolutely disgusted with her attitude, had raised her voice and said I need my hearing checked, extremely rude, don’t waste your time, Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Highly unprofessional!
