Casey Screens and Shutters

I don't normally write reviews online (Don't have time) But I had to warn people about this business. We got outdoor zip blinds done about 2.5 years ago. Ever since we had them installed I felt they weren't installed properly. Lower them to a level was a challenge, as once it stayed there for 10mins the blind was stuck. This shouldn't be the case.

Anyway, one of the blinds recently came out of the side zip track. All I did was press the button to place the blind down. I rang Logan, no answer, finally got a hold of him and all he could say was " Was it the wind ". Is this guy kidding?

Logan was very quick to take our money but a simple customer service phone call and he has not responded and has not bothered to get back to me to fix this issue.

I feel potential customers need to know this, as it states on their website "as our priority is always our customers first “. This is not true.

If you need any blinds and want them to last a while do not come here.

Time wasters.had an appointment over the weekend for a measure and quote person never showed up and never called to advise.if not interested in small jobs (to measure and quote 5 flyscreens) just say it over the phone.

Don’t waste your time with other companies and go straight to them and support local business. I dealt with Logan from Casey Screens in Hallam. He was lovely, reliable and provided the best quote! He was very knowledgeable, and doesn't mess about. The bloke who installed was well organised, efficient and friendly and the electricians were very polite. The whole installation was fast and stress-free. The shutters looks AMAZING!

Great customer service. Friendly installer team, the roller shutters was perfectly install as expected. The only problem was they have to delay one more week due to wrong measurement but they were able to sort it all out quickly.

Logan promptly replied to my on-line enquiry for three roller shutters. After providing an initial estimate, he visited the property for a measure and quote. I paid the deposit, but got no reply until a text message 2 weeks later with a proposed date for installation. The installer was friendly, professional and punctual, able to install the roller shutters in one day. The only detail I overlooked during quoting was the colour of the inside cover plate. Two existing roller shutters had cream cover plates, however, Casey Shutters only had white inside covers at the time for the 3 new roller shutters. This was a minor oversight that Logan was able to resolve afterwards.

Did an amazing job, love the work and they look great. Very happy. Would definitely recommend. Cheaper than most people too.

Logan was installing security screen doors and fly wire screens right next door to me so I asked him for a quote once he finished I was very happy with the quote for two security doors, good pricing and he was able to get the Color to match the house.
The quality is great he was very polite and quick prompt service. I love that the doors have a double lock as in a dead lock. He also helped fix my front door dead lock.
