Prompt and thorough consultation.
I have been seeing Dr Kim Teo for over 30 years and have always been treated well. Dr Teo always has time and patience with her clients. She is always booked out but makes the time to see you when urgently required.

I have been a patient at this clinic for approx. 20 years, and have always found the staff and doctors to be very caring. I was very reassured today when I presented with a distressing respiratory issue, and a doctor I was unfamiliar with, consulted with a specialist to ensure my best plan of treatment. It is a difficult time, with doctors and nurses being in high demand, and appointments booked out, but I was seen very promptly today.

My disappointment is not with the doctors or receptionists, whom I always find very helpful. My annoyance is with their procedure of forcing people with flu / cold like symptoms to wait outside or in their car. This is way over the top and is teetering on paranoia. The car park has only 6 car spaces so waiting in your car to be treated isn't always possible. Being treated at the front door and in public and in the cold is hardly acceptable. Surely they could cordon off part of their waiting area for people with flu / cold like symptoms. Can't see it's not a problem that would take a lot of imagination to overcome.
Because I couldn't park close to the center I couldn't get a script. Went to another center who have a large carpark and don't make you wait outside. They were very friendly and professional so will probably go there from now on.

These doctors are useless. I've tried for months to get in for myself, and my two children. I go in today and they fob me off. Telling me my oldest daughter doesn't have croup it could be asthma - doctor doesn't even know my family or our health history.
I know what croup sounds like! Then the doctor tells me they offer car consultations for my youngest - IVE TRIED you are all booked out.they have completely lost me as a customer. Il be taking my family to another clinic.

Friendly staff. But I was asked once by a Dr (not this clinic) "when out shopping do you park as close to the shops as possible or allow for a healthy walk to them. " How come drs parking spots here are right next to the door and you can see patients struggling to walk to get in to the surgery. I used to bring my 90 year old friend here and he struggled to walk.

Shout out to Dr. Ogilvie! You are so accurate! The Pakenham pregnancy clinic assumed you’d done a scan to estimate a late pregnancy. When I said, “No no, no scan, he just palpated with his hands”, the very experienced maternal health nurse was surprised at your accuracy! Bravo!

Never answer their phones! If you have a problem expect to wait 20 minutes to never. As for Clyde they will pick up and hang up straight away. Disgusting, l would not even give a star.

Ive been going here since I was a little child. Although the doctors are amazing, the clinic has become a huge disappointment. I wrote to the clinic about my concerns a week ago and I've heard nothing back except that they have passed my email onto the practice manager and they would be in touch. I am unable to wear a mask due to health reasons, my GP is well aware of this, but apparently the reception staff have more medical expertise and tried to force me to wear one or I wouldn't be able to have my daughter seen by a GP. According to reception, this is because of insurance, yet other local practices manage to accomodate those who can't (NOT WON'T) wear masks and remain insured. The fact you can complain and still be ignored says a great deal to me. Money is far more important than patient welfare.it's a disgrace.

I called to book in a phone appointment with Casey Medical today. (Had to be via phone, as I have a cough). The doctor called me 20 minutes late, and was more focused on the charging of the appointment than the actual consultation. He only listed the symptoms that I told him, but did not tell me what he suspected I had - nor gave me advice on treatment/remedy.
I was also not informed that the appointment would be non-rebateable until the actual consultation call. So I had no choice but to be charged. Disgusting service - and will never go back.

The doctors are ok but be prepared to wait around 40mins passed your phone appointment time for them to actually call you and that is just for a phone appointment. This has happened to me now 4 times I'm glad to be leaving this clinic. Reception is not helpful, hit or miss if they are friendly on the day you speak to them.

Doctors at the clinic are great, and thoroughly listen to any concerns along with doing everything they can to help and resolve any medical issues.
The reception staff on the other hand are rude, unprofessional, angry and not helpful in the slightest.
Avoid reception at all costs, if possible book appointments online to avoid having to deal with impatience from unqualified employees.
In this day more & more people are receiving care from a distance, causing some feelings of uncertainty, it is the responsibility of the health care workers to reassure the patient in these times.

I have been in pain for 2 years and seen Dr's at this clinic. They keep giving me pain killers but no attempt to find the cause.
In desperation I went to Dandenong emergence in November last year.
However the Dr that I usually see did not look at my hip x-ray until late May this year. Over 6 months to check the problem! Si x more months being in pain and taking MORE pain killers! Thank u Dr Teo!
Mean while I transferred to another Dr. She did in 3 days what the other one didn't do in 2 years. My hip is extremely bad and I am on the waiting list for an operation.
So b careful if ur in pain u don't get any help just go to someone u actually bothers to find yr problem and doesn't take 6 months to look a yr x-ray.

I have been attending the Casey Medical Centre for 35 years, have had my children delivered by these doctors, my family and I have been advised and treated by them for almost every possible issue, and comforted by them when outcomes were not what any of us wished or worked towards. I have seen them go from newly out of University to wise, experienced, compassionate professionals and some even retire. Even some of the receptionists have been there since my first visit, which says something about the type of place it is to work, and I have never been treated with anything but friendly kindness by any of them.

To have a 'family practice' where the doctors are around long enough to not just know you but remember you, know your history and what you have lived through, and actually care, is something we are losing as a society, but I still find it at Casey Medical Centre. Thank you all.

The receptionist that was sitting to the left with brown hair and glasses at 6: 45pm that gave me a false name ‘Marie’ was extremely rude and patronising. Left even before my appointment due to very poor patient experience. It is definitely your clinic so don’t try claim it’s not! Just because your staff lied about their name.

Further to the complaint malini has made, I am her fiancee and wish to elaborate further on our experience. Please be aware this was devastating to us as a doctor came highly recommended from your clinic for a specific issue and we will now no longer be able to see her as it's too uncomfortable to walk into your clinic.
What is even more disturbing/unprofessional is that I now believe due to your response that we were given a fake name?
We had a 6: 45pm appointment last night and arrived at 6: 40. It was the younger of the 2 females behind the counter that we dealt with and she was sitting on the left hand side.an elaborate breakdown on what happened is as follows.
We walk in. (my partner was on her mobile) I approach the desk and advise her name and who she is hear to see.
The lady tells my partner she needs to get off the phone to answer some questions. My partner puts the phone to her side to answer questions but is told that's not good enough and she needs to disconnect the call. Upon doing so she was asked her address, also asked to repeat it very abruptly. We felt she was being very rude in her tone.naturally my partner is not going to be all smiles when being treated this way.
Then we were told she needs photo ID with proof of her current address.she has moved from interstate and didn't have this.but had her Medicare card. I asked if there was a way around this and was told very sarcastically "if your partner cooperates". I feel all this was completely unnecessary. We then took the forms to fill out but we're soo uncomfortable we left. I'm curious as to why we were being asked questions that were on the form anyway? We're we being taunted due to a receptionist having a bad day? I just fealt the need to elaborate on our horrible experience.

Friendly staff. I was asked once by a dr "when out shopping do you park as close to the shops as possible or allow for a healthy walk to them. " How come drs parking spots are right next to the door here and you see patients struggling to walk in to the surgery. They should take their own advice!
