Casey Kebab

I've been to alot of kebab places. This place is by far the BEST in the south east suburbs! You get what you pay for I mean if love your kebab packed with meat come here also the chips are amazing.customer service is fantastic aswell.first time I tried i came back 3 times in one week.

3 stars for kebab being tasty but 2 missing stars due to late delivery. When ordered for delivery they said 20 mins but didn't and contacted half hour later and was advised there is no driver available and got my order in about an hour.

I don’t care what all these other negative reviews say, I just want to say that you guys the most delicious HSPs I have had and they are so generously portioned it makes my heart happy. Currently am overseas and when I get back the first thing I do after landing is go to this kebab joint. Keep up the good work guys!

Really good value and portion size, usually a perfect HSP but 1/5 times the meat doesn't feel fresh

Great place for Kebab in South East Melbourne. Worth trying the family deal comes with 4 wraps, large chips and 4 cans.

Casey kebab is by far the best kebab shop in the south east. I have been coming here for years, they never compromise on quality & taste. Hence why the place is always packed!

I first came here 2 years ago and the hsp was amazing. The price has gone up twice since then, but the hsp is still amazing.

Staff can be 'forward', which can be frustrating at times. This has been an issue for some people but never for me. The music is also often way too loud and contain offensive language. Especially late on a Friday night.

Totally worth it though

They only sell what they want to sell. They have large and small chicken biriyani on the menu but they only sell large.

There are so many other issues in this place but I’m not here to attack them. I would hope they will learn a lesson soon.

The food is great, despite the fact that they never answer the phone and they never, ever, ever, EVER open on time. Ever.

Service is terrible, no sense of time and responsibility. I gave my order over the phone in advance and when I arrived 10min later they still haven't started

Very poor customer service put on hold for 5 minuets on the phone and when I hang up the phone and call back the lady is saying she was busy with customer in fact I can hear them talking to each other.

Food is good, but terrible service, and they never answer the phone! I'd prefer to wait at home for my order then have to wait in a cold shop for over half an hour, that's why I like to ring the order through, but again, they never answer!
Also more then a couple of times I've gone down to order at 11am, which is when they're supposed to be open for service, and they've turned me away because they weren't ready, if you can't be ready by 11am, change your open time.

Saw the mixed, chicken and lamb tikka on their shop menu. Asked for the mixed tikka and was told 'sorry we dont do that'. Lady was rude and not helpful at all

Great food and chips were the best around.
Only thing is sometimes fillings are a bit low but friendly and not rude as far as I can tell.
