Hani worked exceptionally hard on multiple issues on my automatic roller door. He used his extensive knowledge to troubleshoot some tricky problems involving the chain and the guide wheels which were popping out. He redesigned the system to run more effectively and his labour charges were very fair.

Luke and Nick saved the day when the spring on our garage door snapped on Monday morning. They arrived within 20 minutes of my call and very efficiently fixed the problem. Their friendly demeanour was much appreciated but what impressed us the most was the way Luke patiently and quietly talked his apprentice Nick through the job. Speaking from my own experience, I was very pleased with Casey Garage door services.

After got home from work, I found myself stucked out side the home as the Garage door would not open.

Rang Dynamic garage door (the original company who installed this door and they advised me they are fully booked till Jan 2024 and I have ring around.

I have been so impressed with the customer service I’ve received with this company. The owner helped me out years ago with free over the phone advice about a product that wasn’t even theirs. Later, we blew the motor on that same garage door and again, spoke with the owner who offered to send someone out for free and explained what it could be and most likely was. I was 99% sure we had blown the motor and would need a new one. I had spoken to three other company’s for quotes prior, trying to find the same man from years before. I recognised him straight away. He had already built trust and rapport but then his quote was just less than the others and I was reassured I had the right guy for the job. A technician was sent out. He too was super friendly & helpful. How often do you have someone go through the product in detail at the end of a job and then chat with you about your family? He also efficiently went through the warranty details, highlighting the info I would need to input online. My dealings with this business have been trouble free and I can’t fault them. Thank you for your service. Oh, and the motor seems great, three months on.

Motor on the garage door failed on a Saturday night leaving the car stuck inside- we couldn't even change the door over to manual use. Not only did they answer their phone late on a Saturday night, they had someone out the next day (a Sunday) and sorted the problem, enabling the tenant to get her car out in time to get to work. Reasonable price was quoted and is what was invoiced. Would happily recommend and use again.

We have used Casey Garage Doors twice now - each time they have offered polite, professional same day service! Cannot fault and would highly recommend.

A couple of key points why we highly recommend their service.

1. They were very responsive on a Sunday morning where other companies, claiming to be 24/7 emergency services, didn’t respond after lunch time on Monday.
2. The quote over the phone was very reasonable considering short notice and being on weekend. The invoice issued after their above and beyond service was exactly that of the quote over the phone.
3. We were very surprised about how quick Luke and Hanis arrived for the service and got straight into the job upon arrival.
4. The job was completed extremely efficiently and we were given some great advice regarding preventative maintenance.
5. Both gentlemen, Luke and Hanis, were so respectful, pleasant, and professionally friendly.

We will definitely using their services once our garage door needs replacing in the future.

A massive thank you to Hani, the owner of Casey Garage Doors, who helped me out on a weekend at short notice when my neighbour backed their car into my garage door and broke it, leaving me unable to open it and get my car in and out. I called Casey Garage Doors after 5pm on Saturday after the accident happened and Hani personally came out the next day (Sunday) after his employees had already finished for the day, and worked the job in around a family function that he had on that day, despite the fact that he clearly needed and deserved a day off. He got me back up and running straight away and the price was very reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend Hani and Casey Garage Doors. Thank you again!

Hani was great to communicate with, answering all my questions over the phone and fitting in sending someone out on short notice. Luke came around and was able to give me great advice about what steps I should take in order to get my broken garage roller door working again, was very knowledgeable and professional. After a quick phone enquiry, Hani (in Sales) came on-site and gave me an initial consult, and was super efficient to provide me with a reasonably priced quote. I did chop-and-change my mind about the design of my door over a span of 2 weeks, but he and Cathy (back office) were super patient with me without being pushy, and gave me numerous updates and advice. Ultimately, their excellent service was a large reason why I went ahead with them.

Then came the day of the install, and Nick (installer) along with his beautiful dog did a fantastic job in putting up my new garage door. He showed up on time, was friendly, and even gave me good advice on how to maintain my new garage door.

All in all, I had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Replaced an old tilt garage door (probably from the 80s) in a non standard length garage. I cannot believe how professional, helpful and respectful Hani and his team were in helping me get the outstanding outcome that I got. Right from the beginning of quote process to the installation, everyone I spoke with at Casey Garage Doors was patient and actually listened to what my requirements were and did not try to push their own design intent.
