Well what can l say? Thank you again Casey Central dry cleaners. My go to place for dry cleaning and alterations for the past 20 years. Cannot recommend highly enough, especially with my favourite dress that is quite delicate. Always fabulous

I agree with Katie who said she tried to have alterations done but was treated extremely rudely - I just experienced the same thing! Spoken to in a condescending & rude manner by the lady behind the counter, I ended up taking my item and leaving.

I was willing to wait a whole week for them to take up the hem of a skirt; I was willing to pay a ridiculous $35 fee for this. I would even most probably have been willing to pay upfront (if the lady had been nice about explaining this policy) but I won't pay a CENT to someone who speaks to me in the manner I was spoken to just now.

I’ve never experienced such rude customer service from this place. I’ve tried to have alterations done here twice and both times I’ve been spoken down to and belittled by the staff members. Extremely disappointed and will never recommend to anyone.

Customer service was nice, price was decent, however they ruined the zip on two of the four coat I took in. The black coat was brand new and the orange coat was worn three times at max so there was no way it could have been scratched up beforehand. Do not recommend for expensive items.

Friendly staff and great turn around times, needed something urgent and they were happy to fit me in.

I will only give my clothes to this place for dry cleaning. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and owner. Good to know that they can do heavy drapes as well!

On 2 occasions this year these people have changed without prior notice there ability to provide consistent service. Previously happy with the service by Casey Dry Cleaners the key word here is consistent, and business owners should have clearly visible under what conditions same day service are available, or the ability to communicate that to regular customers, for dry cleaning and repairs. Without notice they have changed that ability despite having been able to provide said service for the last year to me. It has turned out for the better as the offered repair work would have changed the fitting of both my suit pants. Brown Gouge will be repairing the pants properly. I have found an other dry cleaner for same day service and one for proper repairs. Casey Dry Cleaners has lost my business for unprofessional conduct, inconsistent service and poor service standards.

As a vintage & thrift enthusiast, a great dry cleaner is a must - and these guys are awesome! Wonderful service, very reasonable prices and friendly staff - I couldn't recommend higher.

Took some costume items here to get them dry cleaned, I was told that some items (strings of beads) on the garments could get damaged during the process, so the staff carefully unpicked the troublesome items and re-attached them once finished. All round helpful and flexible service.

Casey Dry Cleaners have become my local service - nothing has been an issue, pricing is reasonable, timing of cleaning is flexible and staff are always friendly. And the cleaners have managed to get the stains out of my suits!

I found these guys after Casey Central got a shiny upgrade recently (as it's now a great shopping centre!). I've used them a few times now and they do an amazing job! Their attention to detail is impeccable - they managed to clean sweat stains off a white top that another dry cleaner was unable to! (and I didn't even ask them to, as I assumed it wasn't possible). And to top it off, their customer service is top notch, they're always smiling and genuinely seem to love their job. Highly recommended!

Took my Wife's wedding dress in for Dry Cleaning. Didn't get called to pick up the dress so after many weekends just dropped in and it was ready. Turns out though there was mix up with the dresses. Despite the shop having closed, the owner raced back to swap the dresses. A happy ending, and the dress looks amazing.

They say first impressions mean everything, well this place ticked all the boxes and kicked a home run in my opinion. Very friendly and helpful and they did a great job.

Professional and reliable service, have provided a convenient pick up & drop off service for elderly residents & staff of retirement village in Berwick for a number of years. Nothing is too much trouble, and of course garments & drapes are delivered as expected, cleaned & perfectly pressed.
