Is amazing I’ve been suffering planter fasciitis and Bursitis in my feet for over 12 Months and I tried everything and Nothing seem to work until I met Nicole.
After many sessions with shockwave therapy for the bursitis and custom made innersoles for my shoes I’m virtually pain free
And for that I cannot thank her Enough
To be able to walk around in bare feet again is such an amazing feeling

Nik is such a wonderful podiatrist, always kind and professional. She helps me with my ongoing foot care and she has made custom orthotics to assist me with my walking and mobility, with Nik's help I no longer rely on my walking frame and I am getting around on my own again. I can't thank you enough Nik.

I followed Nicole from Emerald to Berwick because she is an AMAZING podiatrist. An expert in her field and so gentle, she is the most wonderful, caring, friendly person. She has an approachable outgoing personality and makes you feel so comfortable. After all these years I consider Nicole a friend as well as a health professional. My husband also goes to Nicole and he is very happy. Walking out of the clinic after seeing Nicole feels like WALKING ON CLOUDS! She finishes up with a quick foot massage which I think is the mark of a great podiatrist. A very sweet lady with a beautiful nature.
After you are finished you also get to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and quality shops/cafes in beautiful Berwick - what a bonus!

I have found my podiatrist Nicole Sutcliffe to be very thorough, knowledgeable and a pleasure to see. When i leave the clinic i always have a smile on my face.

I have been going to NIcole and Sarah for the last 4 and half years. I have never looked back. I have had extreme trouble with in grown toe nails and have been so happy with the advice and service provided by these two experts. I am finally going through with the removal and surgery of these in grown toe nails shortly. After speaking to nIcole in great detail in regard to this procedure coming up, i feel quite at ease after her telling me what precisely is going to take place. Her bedside manner is so professional, friendly and every query i had, she answered with no fuss and an eye for detail. I had a difficult toe nail for many years and after trying a lot of different treatments decided to have the toe nail removed. Nicole was gentle, thorough and caring. The procedure was a huge success! I am so grateful for Nicole's guidance to walk me through it.

Nicole expressed in a caring and simple manner, the ingrown toe removal procedure on both toes and both sides that made me feel so at ease! I was hesitant for a number of years but her compassion swayed me to have it done. WELL, I wished I had have had the guts to do it earlier - it was nothing! This was done May 2020 and even today I have no pain whatsoever. Thanks Nicole - you are an expert with any podiatry procedure! I must give a shout out for Sarah who recommended the electrolysis to get rid of my healspur- still pain free! Jodie at the front desk is so accommodating trying to fit patients in when she can! Don’t go anywhere else this is the place for feet issues! 10 stars!

I have followed Nicole from Emerald, about 4 years ago I had badly infected ingrown toenails that Nik fixed up painlessly for me. I was sold on her from that day onwards for her professionalism, friendliness & care. I have since taken my hubby & mother to her as Well. We live about 1& a half hour away & is well worth the drive. We always look forward to seeing Nik & all the girls on the desk, they're all such a great & accomadating bunch.

My favourite podiatrist ever is Nicole Sutcliffe - she has been the most gentle and thorough podiatrist I have ever had and she has looked after my ingrown toenails with such care. I thoroughly recommend Nicole and am so grateful for her:)

My parents and I have been seeing Nicole for a few years, and I can't speak highly enough of her. We used to to have her doing home visits for my elderly parents until Covid, then we went into the clinic.

On our very first home visit, Nicole was so kind and considerate to my parents and really made them feel loved and taken care of. She is always very consistent with her caring and nurturing nature, making us feel at ease. My mum calls her "my daughter", and says, she looks after her like I do.

I had quite a limp and leaning towards one side, and she suggested for me to get my feet checked to see if I needed orthotics, and sure enough, i feel like a new person after my orthotics.

Casey Allied Health is also very easy to find. It's just before you get to Casey Hospital on your left, and has plenty of parking out the front, with disabled parking right in front. The Centre is clean and hygienic, and the staff are always very helpful and pleasant.

I highly recommend Nicole to anyone who has complaints or questions about podiatry, we wouldn't go to anyone else to care for our feet.
