Bad customer experience. The person on the phone was pretty bad. Couldnt give us the number of another location. And coulsn't tell me the price of an item.
If there was an option for 0 stars, that is what I would choose. VERY low quality products, they wont warrant anything purchased, they just act dumb and blame you for any faults, avoid this scamming bussiness at all costs
As other people say, Don’t expect to get anything under warranty!
Replaced a screen for my iPhone and not long after it failed. Caseway don’t want to know about it. Useless rips offs!
Absolutely THE worst customer service. Don't waste your time or money.
My husband and I both had our screens replaced. Excellent service, lovely staff, quick and a great price.
