I ordered a precision filter basket and it arrived very quickly. I'd accidentallty ordered the wrong size and the customer support was prompt, polite, and extremely helpful. I was able to send mine back and they shipped the correct one out the day my package arrived to them. I'll certain be using Casa Espresso more in future and recommending it to friends! Q

Pricing was fair and competitive. But most of all Anotony's advice was sound and practical. Prior to dispatch they inspected the machine and ensure what was going to be delivered did not let me down. My brand-new Izzo coffee machine was delivered DOA. It was purchased from another vendor while Casa Espresso acts as an official distributor of the Izzo Group in Australia. So, Antony had managed to organize an instant inspection of the machine (the same day!) and replacement of faulty parts within a few days. Excellent level of service and perfect customer support! I ordered a Sttoke coffee cup as a christmas present. It arrived within 2 days of ordering, but they had accidentally sent me 2. When I notified them of their mistake and offered to send it back, they let me keep the second one free of charge. Fantastic customer support guys!

I ordered a Sttoke cup. Love the cup, it’s my second, I bought the bigger size this time, however when received, the finish had a couple of small faults. I emailed to advise and just to give a heads up on their quality control and I was sent a replacement before I even realised. Great customer service!
