It was decent - the guy was inviting but snide, oddly, and the drinks from the menu were very interesting, but not particularly delicious. Worth a look in, we may have just had some bad luck.

Went here for an event. Whiskeys and wines were amazing. Food was mostly good except steak was so dry and cold. But rest was ok. Overall a fun experience

Great experience with excellent service. Lots of drinks to pick from - gin, whiskey, cognac, ale etc.the ambience was beautiful. Bring along your good mates to this place and they will definitely enjoy the experience. Well done!

Had the worst experience ever and still yet to receive the refund they promised.
Bought 3 tickets to Whisky Abbey in July but couldn't make it as they postponed the festival due to lockdown. Was gonna returned the tickets in September but they said they would release some tasting packs in late October/early November if I would be interested, I wanted to see what's in the tasting pack, so didn't get the refund.
In November, I emailed them multiple times on 8/11 and 24/11 about the tasting packs but they never replied. Called the store, said they were busy and offered me the tasting packs, I said it's okay, just refund me the tickets, he's like no worries.
Until two days ago no refund still and it had already been more than three weeks, so I called, the guy said he could not issue the refund from the store and asked me to email a guy called Jose. Emailed straight away but still no reply after two days.
I understand the business' hard with COVID and everything, if you are broke can just say it and we can probably find another solution and I didn't have to waste my time on just 150 bucks. But ignoring my emails, promising me something you cannot deliver or pushing the responsibility to others are just not the right ways.

Pretty disappointed with the lack of customer services and not even bother to respond attitude. Asking a question and not bother to respond. When contact them over the phone the guy's attitude obviously not interested and not wanting to help. Next second he quickly update the web to make the item I enquired on not longer available. You treat your customers like this you will lose them very quickly.

The best independent spirits retailer in Melbourne. Casa De Vinos is the benchmark for providing knowledgable and quality service. Jose and his team are friendly and fantastic and I highly recommend this business to anyone, especially to those wanting to support a local family business.

Super impressed with the packaging and the selection of whiskies for the tasting. Was great to hear from Jose and the tram talking us through these amazing Ichiro’s malt selections and to taste the great drams.

Casa De Vinos is a fine place with a strong history of delivering professional and personal service. I've been collecting whiskey and scotch for years and this little shop does just as well as some of the bigger establishments I've been through.

Their staff are helpful and knowledgeable, their selection is broad internationally and deep in quality, and I can definitely see myself coming back here for more.

Fantastic bottleshop with a wide and changing selection from both local and international. Unique products and staff with the knowledge and expertise to recommend products well. Great place to go to if you're after gifts or hard to find spirits or wine, and all with excellent pricing.

Jose's little shop is a jewel box of delicious food and beverage deliciousness from small producers locally and around the world. Casa de Vinos also sells microbrewery beers, holds wine tastings along with masterclasses on cheese and wine matching. The service is outstanding as you would expect from a boutique provedore. Why buy rubbish at the supermarket when you can get spectacular treats here?

Love this place - they have a wonderful, unique selection of whisky from all over the world and they love talking about it!
