Printers always run out of ink at the worst possible time. I needed something printed and verified for my nursing registration. I rang in a desperate hope that they’d be open and able to help me source some ink as everywhere else had click and collect turn around a of 4-5 days. I was kindly told they can have it sorted by the time I get there. I was so relieved. Have been back on 2 occasions since and won’t be shopping for printing supplies anywhere else. Thanks team

I’d originally organised click & collect. Matt & Kate from Werribee Store we’re very helpful & informative with their communications, in resolving the issue of organising delivery of cartridges, in a few days rather than waiting 2 weeks as per the usual delivery options. Was much appreciated.

Been using this shop since returning from overseas 4 years ago. This is more than an ink cartridge supplier, they have a great range of printers and they know their stuff. I haven't bought from anyone else. On one occasion they even came to my wife's shop to check why a printer had an ink issue. The printer range is extensive. The ink range outstanding. If they don't have it, it's probably not available.

The staff are very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. The prices are competitive. I recommend cartridge world Werribee.

Very good service during this COVID period. My cat chewed through my Printer Cable during a time when I was working from home and the printer was vital. As a Federal Officer I needed to keep in constant communications with my Staff and keep them informed with the latest information and the printer was very useful to assist with this. I called Matthew and he delivered a new Printer cable to me the same day.

I ordered a toner cartridge 11am on Tuesday, it arrived before 5pm the following day. Well packaged & presented (as was the man who delivered it) amazingly quick & excellent service. We will be ordering from them again.
