Carter's - OshKosh Essendon

All products at the store can be beautifull and well priced. But when the sales representative start to over sale you things and start to convince your 5 and 9 years old to buy more than you need, the experience becomes HORRIBLE. Will run away as soon as I see that lady. NEVER AGAIN. My 5 years old got upset because we didn't buy the full set she was offered. Bad bad experience and worse customer experience/service. A torture to feel that you get pushed to buy the whole store. We didn't get the chance to choose things calmly.

Really poor customer service. The sales assistants there don't ever seem to want to be there and whenever I ask for help they are very short and dismissive. Buying online always ends up being my end result because the computer screen is more helpful.

Hi, I have been a regular customer and have always felt welcomed with good customer service. I can’t remember the lady’s name who was at Essendon branch before the lockdown but she was really good with dealing with customers. Today I was so excited to go and shop at your store for my daughter’s bday. However, the time I entered the shop the lady ‘Alice’ was so rude. Whatever I asked her, the reply was quite blunt in tone and didn’t even bother to check if the size was even available. I found the sizes for few of the things which I had initially asked her and her reply was No further size. I had to at last say after my billing, “I am unsure what is making you to be ao rude to me since the time I entered “ and she responded “thank you”.

Very disappointed today

Very poor customer service.my parcel was shipped to my old address and I have contacted them 5 times through emails and even call them but they have taken no action. I received the notification that my parcel was delivered to the old address and I contacted them again but no response. I ordered cloths for my baby that is due next month. Now I am in a situation where I have spent money but have not received my order. I do not even know who live at my old address now and its impossible for me to go there or contact them. I am very disappointed

Hi, Thank you for the reply, I am not sure how to reply back to your reply.so I am editing in my review - my order number is: 285252 and I have ordered it online. I have email the customer service so many times but they have not replied back to me. I would prefer Refund instead of the cloths now.because I already ordered some from another website.

Carter's has become one of my go to stores to buy baby shower, birthday and Christmas gifts for my own granddaughter and friends' grandkids. I usually shop in the Eastland store but today I decided to visit Essendon DFO.
The moment I walked into store I got greeted with the biggest smile, I got served by the lovely Despina.
You can see the passion and love of the product she has and more so with the Oshkosh range which I ended up buying 3 overalls.
Her customer service and the energy she brings in the store you catch yourself staying longer than you usually would. I will defintely be back to visit.

Me and my husband have had amazing service from Cristina at Oshkosh DFO Essendon store today. As a young parents so we don't have much knowledge about baby products she was soooo helpful and willing to explain so many suitable products for our baby. Moreover, she was extremely nice, funny and professional. Thank you Cristina!

I am not at all happy with the customer service. I bought a pair of cloth for my son but the size was small for him. So next day I went there to get bigger size but unfortunately they had till 4t only. I wanted to return back because my son didn't like other cloths to wear for his party. There I came to known their return policy, I can only exchange not return! Plus need to buy stuff of same rate ya greater! Plus they were very rude to me when I said I m not happy with their service. I had no choice but to buy cloth with neither me n my son liked. I even asked for voucher ya credit but they don't give! I will never ever go to that shop again.
