Very delicious. You'll get a hearty heaping of both cheese and smoky pulled pork in the tacos and the sandwich. And the consomme is very very good too, breaking through the fattyness of the cheese to provide the acidity and crunch coriander and onions. The flavour profiles are quite similar so if you want you should order other things instead of the birria taco and sandwich.

This place has been on my to go list for so long and it was worth the wait! All the food was delicious. The toasted sandwich and the nachos were particularly good. The nachos had an amazing toasty flavour and a zesty twang that really cut through all the meat and cheese. And of course the birria tacos were a hit.

Food took more than 50 minutes to come out, which is crazy long for a place like this. I would definitely not recommend this place to someone whose hungry, since you will likely get up an leave after waiting for so long, regret driving 45 minutes to come here just to wait another hour to get my food. The food itself was okay, definitely not worth the wait.

Really great birria tacos. Good amount of spice. Decently priced. Not quite the best I've had but very very close.

The birria ramen was an interesting add on as well - and only about $7 so a good price to be able to try something.

To start off with, the customer service was amazing, so lovely and the food does not take long to come out. The food was INCREDIBLE! Best Birria tacos I’ve ever had and I’ve had many! The location is also great! Everything was perfect

Ordered the birria tacos and horchata. It wasn't busy in the store just a couple tables who mostly had their orders already. I requested take away so i could make my train home. The counter staff informed me it would be 15 minutes which is fine. However I instead waited over 45 minutes for a simple order. It is utterly ridiculous and no explanation was provided when it was finally done.

The actually food was pretty disappointing too. Birria consume was way too oily, much better at dingo ate my taco. Meat was also not that much and considering the price it felt like a rip off. The best item was the horchata and how hard is it to stuff that up? Doesn't give the greatest indication of the level of quality for the rest of the menu.

This experience has marred my perception of this restaurant and I will definitely not return. There are heaps of better Mexican places around with notably better service so I suggest people look elsewhere.

Make sure to go the seats at the back.tacos were mediocre but cheeto pickles were heavenly, birria ramen is a steal for 7 dollars too 3.5/5

Not worth the hype at all

Overpriced, flavourless and all round disappointing… birra tacos had zero flavour. Everything was overloaded with cheese but still did not add flavour.
Between 5 people we did not finish the food
$160 wasted

Found this gem on whole visiting Melbourne and was not disappointed amazing twist on Mexican fusion, the Elotes and Birria Ramen were our favourites. Served with a smile and best playlist on while we ate. Definitely must do when in Melbourne

Loved the aesthetic of the place, staff were lovely and the food was delicious. The first time I’ve had tasty birria tacos which didn’t leave my stomach feeling off! The corn was a favourite too. Will definitely be back!
