I had an emergency tooth extraction and root canal performed whilst i was moving house. They got me in and sat me down filled me with the best drugs and sent me on my way. No hassel, no problems, they were brilliant. Highly recommend.

Just coming up to 6 months check up. Couldn’t be happier with Marianna’s work on my teeth. She was utterly caring and professional. She provided me with affordable bonded beautiful overlays so I never have to not smile anymore. So happy. Cannot recommend Carrum Downs Dental Care and Marianna enough. Very happy customer.

I’ve been seeing Dr Tri at Carrum Downs Dental Care for many years & personally wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve just recently had crowns done for my top teeth. The results are amazing, couldn’t be happier. A big thank you to Dr Tri for all his work & patience throughout the procedure. I’ll definitely be coming back to get my bottom teeth done!

I also would like to acknowledge the friendly reception team that always greet you with a smile.

The lovely ladies at the front desk are welcoming and friendly.
Dr Tr is gentle, patient and explains what he is doing and why.
The dental nurses are amazing and do a great job of calming patients. It is great to be able to smile and chew properly now. Thank you to all.

Absolutely fantastic bunch of people, made my 5yo very comfortable and we're very caring and understanding. Did an awesome job and were really easy and enjoyable to deal with. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Uncaring & rough. Left bleeding & in pain. Was told no holes is anticlimactic amongst other inappropriate things said. Tried to give feedback to practice before leaving review but call not returned. I won’t be returning.

My visit started off badly when it was cold and rainy, and I tried to enter from the Main Street. There was a staff member going in but they told me I’d have to walk around the back (in the icy rain) without any apology or feeling of empathy. The dentist was over 10 minutes late and when I asked how long the wait would be (I was there between jobs) I was taken straight in.

I was there because I had a filling fall out, but once in the room I was pretty confused by having a crown recommended instead of a filling. Ive had a lot of dental work in the past, which hasn’t gone well and so I was nervous to spend $1650 with someone I just met, and decided to just go with the filling for now. The filling seemed to go fine, but the assistant didn’t seem confident with the suction at all. First she wasn’t getting the water and I was struggling to keep from choking on it. Then when I brought this to their attention she actually gagged me with the suction tube!

When I went to pay there was no one there so I rang the bell once, then again a few minutes later, then had to go looking for someone to take my payment. She was also quite rude, and when I asked if I was good to leave she roller her eyes and said “see ya” in a sarcastic tone. I have a long history of traumatic dental work, and I always struggle in a dental clinic. I had high hopes for this practice as they came highly recommended, but I was very disappointed.

Personable, and really good at supporting anxious patients - they made us extremely comfortable.

Thank you to my Dentist for doing permanent fillings for my front teeth, i can smile much better now, and for her assistance as well.

My children absolutely love dr.mihika-it was their first dental experience and i couldn't have asked for a better one, she interacted with them brilliantly, made us all so comfortable and made the whole thing actually really fun (if you can believe a dental visit can be fun!) im so grateful to this practice, will recommend to all my family and friends-especially for kids

Worst treatment ever!
I damanaged a tooth 2 years ago and put on a crown to close everything.after one week the crown came off, I returned back to the center and they fixed. After 2 years I lost again the crown. I contacted the practise and they told me that they don't cover any problem happened more than 1 year.
Totally upset for the bad job done and for the way that they dealt with that. As a private center I was expecting more care special for a job that after one week had already problem, even because the amount of money asked was high!
I spook with other dentists and they told me that a properly job will keep at least for 10 years.
Totally disappointed!

Highly recommend Dr Mihika. She is great with children and adults alike. I love the TVs they have installed on the roof which comes in handy when lying there for an hour for root canals etc.

I had a tooth extraction at this clinic and the experience was a good one (strange to say) but I felt comfortable and did not experience one bit of pain during the procedure which was over in minutes and my recovery went well with no pain or medication needed. I don’t write reviews generally but felt that my experience was worth sharing for those looking for a great clinic.

My 6 year old had to get a tooth pulled out and I could not believe how easy it all went. Mihika and Ebony were amazing and in turn my son was so relaxed and went to bed asking when he can see Mihika and Ebony again. Thank you so much:)

Dr Mariana, the dental nurses and reception staff are simply the best. Having had some traumatic experiences with past dentists and being well overdue for work, I was hesitant to say the least. Mariana and her team are caring, considerate and thorough. Couldn't recommend more highly.
