I am an absolutely delighted new customer. It was the start of November; we had an important function at home on the 25th and desperately wanted to replace the old carpet for it. We initially went to another well-known carpet franchise on the Mornington Peninsula, they said the quality carpet we wanted was an NZ one, currently out of stock in Australia and would take until Feb/March of the next year to be available to us. We called Carpet World Mornington to see if they could help. They contacted the supplier's Australian wharehouse and, yes, there was a 'fragment' of our chosen carpet. Based on what we said was the room size (5m X 6m approx), it was big enough to recarpet it. The next afternoon they sent out a person to measure our room to be absolutely certain it would fit, and then ordered it asap. Two weeks later they 'created' an extra time-slot into their very busy lead-up to Christmas and the carpet was installed a week before our function. Carpet World's front-desk staff, measurers and installers were friendly on all occasions. Carpet World will be our first port of call in future.

Thank you to all the team at Carpetworld Mornington for your kind assistance in helping me with new carpeting for my home. Tom gave really great advice on the different range of carpet styles and textures, making it easy to choose samples to take home. The installation was easy to arrange and I only had to wait a short while. Steve and Pim (I hope this is the right spelling) did a fabulous job in laying the carpet. They were well organised, courteous and worked together well. They tidied everything and did the installation quietly and efficiently. The carpets look wonderful and feel so good underfoot. I highly recommend the team from Carpetworld Mornington.

Really happy with the whole process, from quoting to installation. Great communication from Tom, and both floorboard (Scott) and carpet installers were excellent! Both did a great job - really helpful and friendly and quality workmanship. Thoroughly recommend!

Beautiful store with a wide range of products. Staff incredibly helpful. Our house was trashed by a tenant and urgently needed new carpets in the bedrooms as well as new underlay and timber framing. Our agent arranged it with Carpet World and it was installed within a couple of days. We were so thrilled and relieved by their help and the quality of the carpet and installation.

A few weeks later we decided to pull the house from the rental market as we couldn’t go through another tenant destroying our house. We decided to renovate and knew to go straight back to Carpet World for the rest of our flooring needs.

We installed Champayne Oak long board luxury vinyl flooring throughout. It looks amazing and we get so many compliments. We were interstate at the time of installing so were very nervous, but the installer did a fantastic job. We returned to a home fully transformed! While we didn’t consider this at the time, the flooring is particularly lovely underfoot (far better than tiles) and we’ve noticed an insulating effect. The house retains the warmth/cooling much better since we got the new floor. We hesitated with vinyl - remembering what our grandparents had. However I encourage everyone to consider it. The technology is so far advanced now.

I have had two experiences with Carpetworld in Mornington. Firstly replacing carpet with beautiful engineered floorboards and later replacing carpet with carpet. Every member of staff that I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. There was never any pressure to make a decision. I was always offered samples so I could take my time with colours etc. Measurement and installation were excellent. 100 percent happy. Also I thought the prices were competitive.

A great experience from start to finish with the team at Carpet World looking after us at every stage, going through samples to decide on the best carpet, quoting with a range of flexible options and then installation was brilliant - the boys do an amazing job!

Excellent service from sales to measure up to install. I didn't test how competitive they are on price but the service exceeded my expectations.
