The customer service from Giles and the team at Carpet World Camberwell has been exceptional. They came to our home to provide me a with a quote, show samples and take measurements for timber flooring. I also went in to the showroom in Camberwell which is brand new, very trendy and there was a great range of samples on display. Giles has been very patient (as we have had some delays due to other tradesmen), knowledgeable and well priced. Thank you for your service and I will definitely be recommending your flooring services to my friends and family.

I just went down to the Carpet World Camberwell showroom on Burke Road as I'm looking at replacing the flooring in my apartment. I don't know a lot about flooring so i wasn't exactly sure what i was after, but after chatting to the owners of the store i felt more comfortable and got answers to the questions i had. They were very helpful giving such an array of advice on my flooring options, also lending me samples and are now coming to measure my place this week. Great service and great showroom.

What an experience. These guys do service better than anyone else in the market, their quality is unbelievable. You just need to have a look at their showroom to know what I am talking about.
