Carpet Tek Cleaning Systems

Carpet Tek was the only service provider I called today who listened to my problem and responded appropriately, and promptly. The others missed out. I would recommend them anytime.

Called Sunday morning needing carpets cleaned urgently. They answered straight away, came over straight away, their work is excellent, stains are gone carpet left nice and dry, able to walk on carpet as soon as job was done and their prices are VERY reasonable. Highly Carpet Tek, and will definitely use them in the future

I wasn’t happy with the first steam clean on my carpet so I asked for the owner to come back to have a look the next day. We spoke about doing a different treatment and that they would come back in a day or so. They never turned up.

The response that the owner made to this review two months after I posted it is so inaccurate as to be laughable. The issue was the cleaning of the lounge suite was very inferior and when I kept requesting him to come and see the result he was not interested at all.
Very disappointed with overall job but more disappointed that after a number of occasions requesting Steve to come and look at the final job I was not receiving a response until eventually he offered to come around which would have been approx 20 days later. I used another local company to complete the clean.

In need of my carpets being cleaned asap and these guys delivered prompt service. My carpets were in pretty ordinary condition and now they look and smell so clean. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have used Carpet Tek and will continue to use them every year. Steven and the guys are always very helpful, professional and do a fantastic job. Just recently, James cleaned my carpets and managed to remove a couple of very stubborn stains … couldn’t be happier with the result.

Had a Couch set and lounge room carpets cleaned.
Both gentlemen were friendly and I could have a easy chat with them.

We fostered kittens until they were ready for their forever homes, but they had accidents here and there. We also have 2 dogs and one being a young puppy also had a few accidents.
We obviously cleaned with what we had but nothing compared to what Carpet Tek does.
All the carpet and couch stains were lifted and the bad odors were removed and replaced with a pleasant scent that lasted into the next 2 weeks. With no reoccuring bad odors.
The carpets look better now than when we first moved in.
Was very cost effective for the job they did.

Steve was amazing. I called Saturday morning with a flood emergence and Steve was there within an hour to remove the excess water. He happily followed up on the Sunday to ensure the carpet was dry. I have no doubt that without Steve's prompt attention we would have had to replace the Carpet.

I called Steven first thing in the morning and he was able to squeeze me in the same day which we were very grateful for! Our couch had pet hair and marks all over it, and our rug with filthy (also from the dogs). He did a great job, both couch and rug coming up very nicely! Service was great, friendly, efficient, and Steven gave us some good tips on how we can maintain our couch a little better with our fur babies and their mess! Would definitely recommend his services.

I called Steve after moving into a newly purchased house that had a poor exit clean by the previous tenants. The house had stained carpets and food oil caked into the grout of the dirty tiles.

Steve fit me in at extremely short notice (the next day), provided a top job, and was a nice fella to chat to on arrival.

Would recommend.

Great service from Steven Ladd and his team. Booking was easy and efficient, The text update before his arrival was handy, and also once job was completed. Very friendly and informative and carpets and leather couches came up a treat! Would definitely recommend and will be using again!

We’ve used other dry cleaning business in the past but Stephen was by far the best experience. Stephen was very responsive on a public holiday, the attention to detail & knowledge shared was fantastic. Our carpets & couches came up amazing, Well worth it. I would highly recommend & will be using again.
