We couldn't speak more highly of the team in Richmond. A big thank you to Michael who facilitated a quote on a sunday with 3 hours notice and to Gianni who gave us all the time to choose the appropriate carpet. He provided us with fantastic customer service.
We needed to get carpet replaced urgently and it was done from start to finish in 4 days!
A big thank you to Scott the carpet layer who was patient and flexible when we couldn't remove a wardrobe from one of our rooms.

Robert came to measure up my staircase to replace my Mystic Moods carpet, explained that CC can hold stock for 18 months and very efficiently quoted and took my order. I’ve always had great experiences with CC, and this was the same again! Excellent service, thankyou.

If I could give zero stars I would. Appalling service. Unfinished job and they refuse to come and rectify faults. Huge gaps between floorboards and walls. Quad missing from what should never have needed quad in the first place if it had been laid correctly. Constant promises of return calls from state managers and get nothing.
All this despite being paid in full as requested prior to completion. Will be taking legal action.

Brad was fantastic over the phone assisting with our hybrid flooring enquiry. So helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. Knew all the questions for me to ask the body corporate for approvals etc and arranged an on-site free measure and quote for Saturday afternoon with Robert.

Robert was perfectly on time. So knowledgeable and no fuss. Was happy to explain everything and took the time for us to choose the colour. Fully explained the costs and potential costs in case of levelling requirements. Very accommodating with removal and installation dates around our settlement.

We felt no need to shop around and get stuffed around by other companies expecting us to choose prior to measure & quote.

Clueless. Sales representatives had poor understanding of prices, and products in general. After leaving the store, we felt almost as lost as the staff members did. I didn't go into Carpet Call to kill time or just wander around, I went in there with a purpose. We needed a rug and a runner. I think I could have done a better job at selling rugs than the two staff members, and I have NO experience in the business.

Just had my carpet installed today. Incredibly happy with how it came out especially as there were issues with the old carpets and underlay which could have stopped this installation before it began. Luckily I was given some options which involved scrapping and while not optimal it was preferable to a complete concrete clean. The new carpet is so luxurious.
