Carpet call management can you please make sure when your ex employee leave your office he or she does not take people names and address also.we are loyal customer of Carpet Call in Melbourne and were approached by one your disgruntle ex state manage Steve Ne@@@t who works for flooring Extra in Melbourne now.
This is a serious breach of trust

The most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered
now 4 month to get a joining strip problem fixed, nobody calls back - nobody cares - would not deal with them again

A car with Carpet Call branding all over it gave about 0.5m clearance when it passed me on my bike on Hope St, Brunswick, at around 11: 10am on September 19th. That's very dangerous, and also illegal.

1. They rescheduled 3 times
2. On the agreed day they did not turn up, did not inform us.
3. After we called them, they said payment was not received, but we already sent it via bank transfer.
4. They said all the workers are already out working somewhere else.
5. We already took our bed, desk, clear our 3 rooms and now we haven't got anywhere to sleep, but they never turned up without notifying.

We are going to take this matter to the court. Very unprofessional and deceitful conduct by the whole Carpet Call Notting Hill.

The guys who work in the timber where house very very lazy. You can’t wait for an hour but they go around and around.
Super poor customer service.
And they don’t know what they do first I hope someone responsible to help them. Thanks:)

I've had the worst experiencas the flooring we purchased was very different to what was on display and installer was most likely not licensed given they damaged a brand new kitchen bench and left several gaps. It has taken 2 years for them to come to acknowledge the issue but never came back with any reply or intent to resolve the issue. Stay away!

Jess Dare is an unprofessional lying knob! Don't deal with these clows as it's all empty promises and they don't deliver. However they are quick at taking your money. Go elsewhere you will save your self the headache.

I beg to differ from the reviews below. I had a strange request I needed to move a slate billiard table in the back of a light truck. Worried about scratching it and moving around in the back. After a few phone calls got put onto Darko at Head Office. Told him what I needed. Said happy to get some from the skip bin. He said can't do that because of OHS. But showed me a nice 12 by 8 piece. Gave it to me for a very good price. Said here's the name of the overlocker if you need to make it into a mat. Outstanding service and for that when I do need to re carpet I will be going back to Carpet Call.

Please don't go with these guys in your life time. I placed an order through watergardens shop for carpet install and the installation team broke the wall of my house. I contacted Ivan store manager and Dominic head office, they never want to listen to us and labelled we were lying to them and the hole on the wall was before we install the carpet. Such a bad response and unprofessional way from the entire organisation. No wonder I can see the bad rating for this company.

I placed an order for 3 cassette block out roller blinds 6 weeks ago. This office rang me 3 days before they were to be installed and asked how I was going to pay on the day and I agreed to take it out of my credit card. Big mistake they immediately took the final payment out before the blinds had been installed. The installer was hopeless he had never installed our type of blind before and he did not install the top cassette that housed the blind. I rang the salesman Michael and he was useless said I only order channels when it clearly states I ordered a cassette blind which is a complete block out blind. Be warned don’t use this company they are shonky I hope I don’t have to pursue this company in VCAT.

Absolutely abysmal service. Don't deal with this lot, they are thieves.

Paid to have carpet uplifted and disposed, they mistook cereal for animal waste and refused to complete the job.

Afterward trying to deal with the manager at this store, he hung up and started dodging phone calls.

We chose to use carpet call as we were not in the country and wanted to deal with a professional team but I haven't seen such low levels of service in this area.edit: Why are you directing me straight back to Roger? That man is an abusive person who yelled at me, if you had accurate incident information reported you would clearly know that the person I have an issue with is the person you are telling me to call to get my issue resolved. I wouldn't subject my worst enemy to a phone call with Roger.

I really hope that you have my call with him recorded because it absolutely should be investigated and if it is you will eat your words as he was the one who instigated the shouting. Give me Roger's boss' phone number and I would happily escalate this issue.

Also regardless of how upset your customers are with your service, it does not give you the right to withhold money for services not provided.

I have yet to see the money or any proof of refund for work that your company has refused to complete.

You lot are not only abusive, but thieves and criminals.

The worst customer service ever.do NOT buy from this company.i asked this company to carry out an inspection on my behalf and help the client choose a tile they were happy with.upon visiting my client i was told by Carpet call that they were happy and ready to order.as the lead time was quite long (Because they didn't have stock) i was issued an invoice to pay a deposit promptly. (stupidly i paid the deposit). I then find out that my client did not in fact choose a tile and they had requested a sample instead.the sample did not arrive for weeks! In the meantime my client found a place with stock and the sales rep had the samples on him! (as it should be). I am now left with the mess of trying to sort this out my end.i have paid a deposit of which Carpet Call refuses to return as they make up the excuse that the manufacturer will not return the stock. OK, i understand that i paid a deposit and the stock was ordered.but the fact is Carpet Call deceived me and gave extremely bad customer service which drove my client away. BAD BAD BAD Company.
