We had Matt come out on a Sunday and give us a quote for carpeting 3 bedrooms. We were originally just looking for a quote but he gave us great advice and a great price that we went ahead with the purchase. Overall a very personal and friendly experience from the Carpet Call team!

We were helped by Rob and he helped us with choosing the carpet for our new house. Plus he gave us the deal that was within our budget. Great customer service and really good person to deal with.

Matt the Salesman is a Lousy, lyin, low down, four flushing carcass. Will tell you a price and write a higher price on paper. Be aware of this guy!

Matt and Rob helped us with colour and carpet samples. Once seeing samples in our home it was easy to choose what we wanted. They were both extremely helpful.

I have been there on Thursday 11th June last week to see the carpet to be installed in my house. Very bad experience with customer service. Spend a good 15 minutes to wait for assistance while the guy from carpet section Matt was on phone. Another guy came in from rugs section said can't help and he told matt that we are waiting. He finished the call and still didn't notice us as we are the only customer in the showroom, finally i walked out.such a rude, unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour, should start doing something else if you are not competent or not enjoying what you do.

I RANG CARPET CALL TODAY TO GET A QUOTE FOR FLOORING, I ONLY NEEDED 10 S M AND I WAS TOLD IF I WANTED IT LAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR 20 S M WHAT A RIP OFF, THEY WILL NOT BE GETTING MY BUSINESS, I RANG SOLOMONS AND THEY WERE $500 CHEAPER.

Had interacted with Ned in Nov 2018 carpet and flooring who was great for install this year (house land and build), went back today - met Rob, very lovely guy! Helpful, friendly and professional! Constant great people at the store.

Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff with a great range of carpet and flooring to choose from.

I had to reschedule my installation not once, but fours times due to unforeseen circumstances and clashes with my schedule. However, this store still very kindly went out of their way to do that for me even though I had inconvenienced the team several times.

I am a repeat customer at this store due to the quality of their carpets and professional service.

Would definetly highly recommend them and a big thank you to Rob for your great service.

I purchased two rugs from YOUR store and not online, with the 60% sale price. Ahmed had assisted me previously when I had come in on 2 occassions to look at rugs.
Ahmed was also very kind and patient over the phone. We discussed quality, the feel, function and durability and he gave some recommendations for various rugs accordingly prior to me going into the store.
I wanted to support his sales/store given I found his customer service to be exceptional.
Ahmed was not pushy, he was very knowledgable and honest with his general product feedback and with answers to my questions.
This level of care is rare these days.
I cannot yet comment on the rugs as I await delivery

Was a 5 star review however now is changed to 1.
Exceptionally poor after service from both the store (prior to installation but after sale) and the head office (after installation issues). Have to go to ACCC to get a response and resolution.

Special thanks to Ahmad who took care of me from the minute I walked in to the store until I left and also thank you so much to deliver the carpets as well. Definitely I will return for future purchases.

Super happy with the carpet I had installed. Sebastian and Rob were wonderful to deal with and the process from product selection to quote (was offered a great price) to installation was nice and easy.
