Overall disappointing, simply said, I couldn't recommend carpet Call Frankston after my own personal experience. The salesmen in the shop I didn't have any problems with, they were helpful, however the installation and process post ordering was beyond poor in terms of customer service and care. I'm not one to leave negative reviews and I'm not going to go on and on, but if you value your house and/or have put some time, effort and money into fixing it up and would like it kept that way as I did, don't waste your money here. I have tried to resolve our issues directly with the store multiple times now and gotten nowhere. We have been advised that it's now in the hands of head office, which we have not heard from in the month after since having had our carpet installed. They will probably respond with some default reply to this review as I saw they have others, but I have tried to get a resolution already and nothing. Don't waste your time!

Tyler came out to our home today. Brilliant, efficient service! Thankyou Tyler. He measured our flooring and was very helpful. His customer service was excellent and he made decision to go with Carpet Call very easy

Extremely disappointing experience.
Sales consultant took wrong measurements restling in delaying installation.
Also wrote down incorrect carpet on order
Carpet installed does not go with decor
Cost of replacing is not an option and left with a carpet colour which is depressing me each time l look at it

Service providers were exceptionally accommodating and was able to exchange my original purchase for another rug completely hassle free.

Variety of sizes were limited would be the only inconvenience, but at 50% off prices, I can’t complain.

I thoroughly recommend Carpet Call, I’d have preferred they offered Afterpay as an additional payment option, but they do offer financing.

Fantastic service right from the first communication. My rep, Tom, gave me excellent advice and knew exactly what I was requesting. Each tradesman arrived promptly at the time they said they would and gave a very high level of service. Everyone involved in the laying of my new flooring was exceptionally courteous and professional.
