Caroline Springs Veterinary Hospital

This is by far the vest vet I have ever experienced. The entire team are so caring and go above and beyond. Our two cats have Feline Leukemia Virus and they have truly treated them as if they were their own. Dr. Ebony has been phenomenal in their care, she always makes sure we know all our options and she would do everything she possibly could to ensure they have the best treatment. Unfortunately we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to one of our boys and their support throughout the whole process was really amazing. They even sent us beautiful flowers for our Banjo.
Forever grateful and highly recommend Caroline Springs Vet Hospital.

Treated very poorly if you aren't one of their clients - you'd think you'd want to treat potential clients with a little bit of nice customer service in case they might want to use your services in future? Disappointing

Only had contact with this place via email while trying to make an appointment. They pretty much told me they don't have any availability - and that was it.

Honestly they are all so amazing. My boxer is super anxious at the vets and can be a handful and I’m an anxious dog mum who is constantly calling that can also be a handful they have always been so helpful in every dealing with them, they truly care about the fur babies and I really recommend them to any dog owners

All the staff has been amazing and everyone was so patient, calm and knowledgeable. I cannot rate them high enough.
Massive shout out to Virginia who stitched up my dog and Emily who was in charge of our after care. Two vets who I could not speak more highly of. Virginia was so lovely when we had to pick up Chanel after her surgery and Emily who has been nothing short of amazing. Thank you both so much

I just want to say a massive thank you to the Caroline springs vet team, especially Dr Michelle who helped our cocker spaniel Diego when we were on holiday. I cannot thank them enough. Love taking my dogs to this vet.

In my experience, when I have asked this clinic to explain poor service and errors, that's where the courtesy ends. Then it's no explanation, no call back, put on hold while I am speaking, and worst of all absolutely no empathy and never an apology. Where's the accountability.

Very pleasant experience, all the staff were very friendly and organised. I’m sure my cats appreciated being immediately taken into the cat room away from the dogs in the waiting room. Thanks Dr. Miriam for being so gentle and thorough with my two cats:)

Good place. Bit hidden away, well, the carpark is anyway. Staff is all nice and friendly. They didn't bash my cat, but they did chop his nuts off once!

Mind you, that was arranged after my cat owed me money for not repaying his gambling debts, so I gave them a little donation to fix the problem!

Kitty's debt is paid in full.

Great Clinic with such lovely and caring staff! My cat is not the best with strangers, but the doctors were very understanding and patient when dealing with my anxious kitty.
She ended up having a broken tooth - they were quick & thorough with her diagnosis, and were even able to fit her in for surgery the next day. Thank you to Tim & Virginia for their outstanding care. She's already eating enthusiastically again!
The Feliway in each room was also a lovely touch for anxious kitties ️

I have been taking my poodle Nelson to Caroline Springs Veterinary Hospital for 5 years when my husband rang on Monday morning after my dog collapsed they wouldn’t see him no appointment available absolutely disgusting he is currently in I C U which was made possible by another Local vet in Delahey it’s seems $$$$ before welfare of a animal at Caroline Springs Veterinary Hospital

After years at Bacchus Marsh Vet, wrong diagnosis constantly, advised to see CS vet Hospital. Now I know, what a Vet should be like. Informative, caring, take their time explaining. Marika a Treasure, as are other Vets & Reception staff. No overcrowding in Reception area, seen to very quickly, I can’t speak Highly enough.

Very poor experience, overcharged, had to keep chasing them for test results over months, my family will never go back there again, would rather travel to find a different vet, he also rushed the consultation,

Our pets are very well cared for by the CS Vets. They really love the animals and have always been very caring and capable.
