Great and high-quality service! The staff provided a genuinely reasonable suggestion, even though my parts were difficult to fix.

I don't want to jinx it as I've just picked up my laptop from Laptop Kings and maybe there's something I haven't discovered yet (!) but my experience with the company thus far has been absolutely first-rate. Courteous and straightforward, incredibly prompt and everything that was promised was delivered in just a couple of days. Highly recommended.

My Lenovo laptop was overheating badly so took it in to Laptop Kings on Koornang Road. I was instantly emailed a job number and 2 work days later another email saying my it was ready to pick up. Had a full review of the problem when I picked it up (needed cleaning) together with some photos of what was found when the cover was off. Very happy with the speed of service and the quality of the advice I received. Hoping I don’t have another problem, but if I do I won’t hesitate returning.

Laptop Kings helped me when my laptop’s keyboard broke and I needed it repaired quickly for work. When the South Melbourne office couldn’t assist because of the holiday period, Brian put me right onto Ian at the Carnegie office. Both were very helpful and nice, and my laptop was repaired in a matter of days. I know where I need to go next time I’m experiencing laptop problems!

Replaced battery and camera lens. Battery is worse than it even was before replacement, iPhone 11 Pro now runs out of battery in 2 hours! Camera lens shattered again already. Business is now shut for a month as the technician is away. Feel scammed and can’t do anything about it.

After seeing the owners response to this review I thought it would be worth following up to.
1. I was never alerted to any conditions that couldn’t be fixed on my phone, it is first hand and had no replacement parts until I came here.
2. You do not take eftpos and instructed me to cash out in order to pay, not once did I not agree to pay the full price quoted.
3. I have not returned since you repaired my phone as I wouldn’t trust your services to even rectify the problems caused.
4. I am a man not a woman as you keep quoting- further proof that the story you have tried to cover your business up with is not true.

I have a brilliant experience with the shop to repair my laptop. Out of my surprise, it was fast and I love the professional service. Will definitely recommend anyone to visit if in similar situation.

This morning I spilt my coffee on my laptop and immediately came to this shop, the shop owner did a thorough cleaning and check for my system and hardware. He’s really friendly and profession in this area~ Will definitely come to him in the future if there’s any issues

Got a blue screen error recently and went here to repair it. Great service and got back my laptop the next day.

Ian has excellent idea about phone repair. He was patient and explained to me what was required for me phone. He worked more than an hour on my phone and gave me excellent price. I believe if you have any queries he will be happyto help.
