Professional and caring Practitioners Especially (Dr. Alwan) who is very thorough and friendly. There are over 3 Generations of my family that are lucky to call Dr. Alwan their Doctor. Very relaxing facilities and very helpful reception staff.

All 3 generations of our family goes to this clinic, love it.always feel like you're in good hands. Doctor Alwan is an amazing general practitioner who is thorough and helpful. Doctor Shirani is amazing for moles and skin concerns.

The girls on reception are always happy, welcoming and do their absolute best to accommodate appointments. The doctors we have seen are fantastic and very thorough and helpful.

I have a toddler who often needs to get in urgently & it’s never a hassle, the girls on reception are always accomodating & willing to help! They fully understand! And if they can’t get us in they will always get a doctor to call us! Love that I can book our appointments online through the app too!

The staff and practice manager are fantastic, always very pleasant and do everything they can to help. The doctors are amazing aswell.

I moved to this practice a year or more ago since my previous doctor seemed to lose his lustre to help anymore.
I won't mention specifically who my doctor is but i love them for the medical advice & treatment quality I've receive.
I never once felt judged here & I've seen a few of the other doctors when i had to book last minute as well & they are all fantastic.

After the first appointment i ever had with my doctor here, i went home and sat with my family and cried saying "Someone finally listened to me. "

That just shows the quality of care this place offers, and that others in Ballarat did not provide.
Really shop around for a doctor in Ballarat. I know it's stressful but there are some duds in other practices.

With all honesty i didn't want to review Carne Brae because i didn't want to share my great doctor's time with others.
But i shouldn't gatekeep a practice who actually improve the quality of people's lives so well.

To my doctor, the other doctors & all the staff there,

You have no idea the positive impact you have had on me while I'm now learning to live with long term health issues.
Words can't properly describe all the good things i wish for you in return.
