Carmel was super friendly and easy to with, even when I threw her photos from different sources, styles and formats. Will choose different paper next time, but that’s on me.

So, here I am leaving a response to the negative review below as my responses have been removed by Google (don't know why).
What Anabel has forgotten to include in her complaint is she did receive her files before she unnecessarily bullied and verbally abused me for a mistake that she is also responsible for. I didn't have to give my copyrighted files to her but I transferred them with no problem, well before her self orchestrated abusive hissy fit. Also, had she saved the file she insisted on editing in the proper manner, there would have not been any confusion. She failed many times to communicate properly and often turned up late (up to 1.30 hours) for appointments. She often received generous discounts as she always complained about how she wasn't making enough money as an artist. I tried to impart some wisdom but it fell on deaf ears, which is strange for someone who just started being an artist 6 months ago. Anabel also had complaints to me about a previous printer she had used but I believe the problem is not with any printer but with Anabel herself. No matter how many times I bent over backwards to accommodate "her needs", like opening up on public holidays, waiting for her late arrival, generous discounts, advice etc. It was never good enough. There was never any complaints about the high quality prints she received, so I believe she had to create a situation to satisfy her personality. Her poor behaviour seemed to be well practiced and I do pity any other printer she decides to patronise in the future. If anyone wants further clarification please contact me directly!

WOW! What an amazing service! I needed an 'emergency' artwork documentation done ASAP as the piece had sold & I wanted to have a top quality copy for future use. Carmel was recommended to me by a colleague, and she didn't let me down. She did a contactless service, which was quick and efficient. I was concerned by a review I read but my personal experience with her blew that irrelevant review out of the water. If I could give her more stars I would, not only is her photography reproduction service great, but her printing quality is also well above expectations & her prices are affordable! I will be coming back in the very near future!
