I went to Melbourne for work and it was great that they offered me the 2 weeks membership option

This gym was recommended by my friend, it's good gym with great vibe, i'm really enjoy working out here!

Amazingly friendly staff member with nice vibe. Definitely recommended for people looking for place to exercise around Carlton area.

Definitely the most affordable 24/7 gym around the area (pretty much half price of anytime fitness)
Gym-wise it’s plenty for day to day exercise and they have group class every Saturday

This gym has most of the equipment needed, friendly staffs and members, and also everyone in here are so helpful

No contracts, no joining fees and a great place to work out. No fancy overwhelming stuff just a clean well appointed gym! The staff are friendly welcoming and professional too.

The range of free weight equipment and squat racks make it an excellent gym. Low cost and very friendly/responsive staff. Would recommend.

This is an excellent gym with the perfect balance of equipment. Plenty of squat racks and room for deadlifting, which I loved and also a good amount of machine weights and cardio equipment. Even in the busy times there is plenty of room and the place is always super clean. Friendly staff and 24hr access are another bonus!

Carlton Fitness you have provided exactly what i needed as I took the plunge to focus on my health and fitness. I have found the staff to be very friendly and approachable, Equipment is fantastic offering a great variety, the gym is really clean and they also offer great classes and programs. There's a great variety of equipment here - everything I need - in a nice environment and for a reasonable membership price. Plus no joining fee. The trainers and owner are super-friendly. I'm very happy to work out here.

Absolutely love this Gym!
It’s a small boutique gym which makes it feel cosy and intimate.
The amount of quality equipment also allows me to change up my training regularly from free weights, functional training, cardio, floor work, hydraulic equipment, boxing, stretching etc….
Love the location.
Love the aesthetics.
Love the team and culture.

I really loved this gym and recommend it to anyone nearby (I moved suburbs so I'm no longer a member). There are some criticisms of the gym in other reviews: (1) the gym is basic, (2) the gym is dirty, and (3) continuing to be charged after membership cancellation. My response to them: (1) the gym has been upgraded significantly in the last 12 months (since ~mid-2020) and they have lots of new equipment, including glute-ham raise, KBs up to 32kg, battle ropes. I have found their equipment more than adequate and in good condition. (2) The gym is cleaned everyday is always tidy. (3) When I requested my membership cancellation they answered my email the next day and cancelled it straight away. This is my experience in the twelve months from May 2020 - June 2021.

Havent been a member for more than 4 years as I live in another state now.
My subscription ha been reactivated and no one answers my emails.
Stay away. Their subscription service is a scam.

A good spot! Everything you could need and quiet, with no judgemental vibes. I wish the staff were a bit more helpful tho. The one time they came out of the office was to tell me off for dropping a weight (it was left on a machine by some gym bro and was my weight so I was struggling with it)
