Friendly when I picked up the order.
Unfortunately drink was in with the hot food making the burgers cold and was missing a large chips.
They weren't busy at the time so it makes me wonder why you wouldn't check the orders going out.

It was too spicy for my wife and she couldn't eat her sandwich. The spiciness was not explained properly at the counter. All to the rest is great

The Burgers was good and the chips but the drinks and icecream tasted disgusting like it was artificial definitely go back for the burgers

Staff were flat out but all appeared to keep their cool under opening day pressure.

Had lunch here today and the food was beautiful. We were a little hesitant as the last time we ate here (12 or so months ago) it wasn’t that nice. Will definitely eat here again.

I was in drive through and ordered a small meal then changed my mind and wanted a medium! The man who served me who’s name I think was sahli? Upgraded the meal for free as we had already put the order through! Such a nice gesture and seriously made my night! Service is always great, and the food is always fresh! I Always order the original burger and it’s amazing! For anyone who doesn’t know what to order try that! You won’t regret it! Thanks again for a great service!

First time coming here and their chicken fillet is sooo nice and the chicken and their chips were cooked fresh too! My fav is chocolate milkshakes. The staffs were friendly and nice. Will definitely come here again xx

Did not enjoy my burger, it was cold when it arrived as too the chips, the bacon only just warmed through and on first bite the burger all fell apart, why do food outlets not toast bun? Give me and old fashion fish and chip shop burger any day! The assistant forgot to provide the cup for my drink, no biggy, but after l got my lemon drink and took a sip it was Ginger beer grrr. Paid $20 couldn't eat soggy bun, abandoned chips and persevered through drink! Won't be back again!

First time visit and absolutely loved it. Great food, friendly service and unlimited soft drink refills.

Was a great tasting burger till i found human hair on my cheese & bacon was like cardboard, i couldn’t bite it let the manager on duty know, he said oh i will have a look at that

After some dodgy meals had from this store, wife and I swore we wouldn't renturn.
Return we did.
Best Carl's (Shepparton) experience had.
Fresh ingredients, well made, tasty and their chicken tenders succulent. Also have some good deals. Was a cheaper meal than the other chain that deals out the flame-grilled.
Will return for another go. Still on probationary, however.
Oh and their banana-choc flake-shake.

Very poor service lots of mucking around at the back of kitchen saw two customers turned away. I was told they not making milk shakes today chips were so salty order chicken tenders with BBQ sauce given wrong sauce we stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes while the girl finished her cleaning felt like they wanted us to leave eat here most Thursday nights very poor service tonight

Open time says 8am online and on the door.
Doors are locked and drive through is blocked. People working inside

Went there today as we were passing stopped ordered a bacon breakfast platter with a coffee and a fury burger.

There was no hello or welcoming to eat the atmosphere was treble.

Waited 10mins for the coffee it was that hot my wife could not pick it up so I had to get cold milk to put into it.

Then the meal came the pancakes were burnt the bacon was microwaved, the Potato gems were stone cold and the eggs were not there.

The fury burger was covered in that much sauce when I opened it the burger just slid apart and the burger itself was cold.

I took the food to the counter and asked to see the manager. This Asian lady came out when I complained and asked for my money back she looked surprised and asked why and all she could say about the breakfast is well it is passed breakfast time you must understand things cook different speeds.

I am not a happy customer and thank god that mc Donald’s were just up the road.

Spent $52 on three meals only for the food to come out bearly warm and some weren’t even hot at all. Spoke to the manager who was not prepared to do anything about it because we had eaten half of our meal. He could not be less interested. I would never go back again.

Non existent service waited 10 mins to be served along with 6 other people. 1 person behind the counter. Didn’t even acknowledge anyone. Walked out and went elsewhere

We were getting lunch from here today and still waiting for a really long time I can’t tell you how long but the car infront of us also took forever and it looked like they only got a small meal so we thought our food would be ready. We just got it and stuffed up 1 of the drinks and a bit of the order which makes no sense if they are taking forever. There was no cars behind us but a couple of people inside. I recommend never going through the drive through

Tried it for the 1st time ordered the avocado Angus normally around $18 for the large meal deal. Chips were ok the burger was ordinary and it didn't even have avocado on it. Really disappointed only good thing was the drink. Service was friendly but other than that rather get a whole chicken and chips with bread better value and most likely better taste as well.
