I have been buying from Carlini since I got back to Oz 10 years ago. I have been in the tea and coffee mainstream industry since 1980 post uni - with Brooke Bond initially (who back then owned most Bushells and Robert Timms, and when PNG coffee was great too) - and then with Lipton and others all over the world. I was buying/ blending and doing NPD for Robert Timms late 80's, and in coffee at origin in Africa before then. So I have drunk a fair bit of coffee in my time.

So, support Carlini - great coffee, and a bona fide 100% Aussie firm too - another reason to buy from them.

Come to shop only to find it closed, I called them and the man said they don't have a shop. This place has closed.

I've ordered from here (online @ mycuppa) with varying frequency for the past few years. Mostly the Yirgachaffe, but assorted others as well.

Every batch arrives within 2-3 days and is always delightful coffee.

Jeff has personally replied within a few business hours to every email I've sent, and always friendly. Quite impressive, considering this scale and reliability.

Reached out to query about acquiring the beans for private labelling service etc. Somehow I just got shrugged off cold. I sent back an email to further query about the beans and samples. Sent a couple more emails explaining that I'm a small business trying to start up, got completely ignored. I soon realise they don't entertain small business who can't guarantee a good profit. Quite disappointed.
