I have had the pleasure of working at a disability services organisation, and I must say the team and office atmosphere are incredible.
The staff at our workplace are warm and welcoming, creating a positive and inclusive environment. From the very first day, I felt like part of a family rather than just an employee. Everyone is approachable, friendly, and supportive, making it a joy to come to work every day.
Moreover, the office atmosphere is simply delightful. There is a sense of camaraderie and teamwork that permeates throughout the workspace. The collaboration and support among colleagues create a productive and uplifting environment.

I truly enjoy being part of this team and working in an office where the atmosphere is so positive and encouraging. It makes a significant difference in the overall work experience and contributes to personal and professional growth.

Caring Lotus is the only company that has truely cared for my son. The staff and culture they have created is truely amazing They promote independence for my son and take the extra steps to make him feel so involved. They are very family oriented and I love that they arrange so many social experiences for clients to interact and make new connections. They always go above and beyond and want to work with the clients and family to learn how to provide the best service. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Outstanding service with a genuine understanding of people and their needs. They truly listen and respond quickly, efficiently and with a great deal of care. In this industry, where it's so difficult to get people who help others because their motivation comes from satisfying the requirements of those who need it most, Caring Lotus and their staff are a complete standout and the best I have ever dealt with. They do way more for me than my actual support co-ordinator! I feel blessed to have found people who go over and above what's required simply because they want to. Could not recommend this company and staff more highly and I wish I could do something to thank them in return. I have even offered to be someone future clients can speak to for a reference if needs be. I just think this company is incredibly special and so is the company's owner, Kerry. 25 stars if that's possible!

I really love the services provided to me by Caring lotus. The carers are amazing and the company seems to care about their clients very well. I received birthday cards and Christmas cards, get invited to gatherings quite often so its been fun. Thank you to the entire team.

Caring Lotus are a lovely staff who genuinely care for their clients. While working with Caring Lotus I enjoy the group activities. My carer helps me participate in a weekly community cooking class which we both enjoy learning new skills and meeting new people.l have made a new friend who is also a client of Caring Lotus.
