An incredible resource to assist those who are making difficult decisions about where to place an elderly family member. It offers relevant and timely information about all aspects of care which isn't available elsewhere.
The decision of which facility to put dad in was made much easier by utilising Aged Care Report Card. With the help of this site, we secured a quality facility and dad is really comfortable too. He's made friends, participates in activities and I can tell he feels quite at home. I'm so thankful that we found this service, otherwise we would have found this to be quite a difficult process.
