Its hard to find a Property Management firm which is not biased to one party either landlords or tenants. Care property Management is one of them. We were tenant for almost 3 years in a property managed by them and it has been a smooth experience with them. Communications were crisp and quick always. If there was something which a tenant deserved they provided. If it was to talk of Landlord’s side, they always stood by them as well.

They have treated both tenant and landlord as there equal clients and provide the best professional service you can expect.

Absolutely useless I highly recommend you go with anyone els other then care property management, they like to screw you around and when we asked to get a our dishwasher fixed it almost took them 3 month’s to get it fixed DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!
