I have dealt with 3 lovely ladies in the office - Rachel (sp?), Talia and Teresa. I want to shout out to these ladies and say thank you for being so bloody nice and helpful and for listening. We appreciate it.
From a service perspective, my Mum is a client through an Aged Care Provider and the Care Professionals Employee that comes out to do services for Mum (her name is Catherine) is effin fantastic. I have given feedback for her via Mum's Case Manager and also to the staff in the office about this wonderful woman, but I believe it needs to be stated here as well.
Catherine is kind, works very hard, looks after Mum as well as possible and is helpful, thoughtful and makes Mum (and I) feel safe and looked after. Thank you, Catherine, for being the woman you are and such a terrific worker. God bless you.

Working for Care Professionals has been a great experience for me. A fantastic place to be employed. The team in the office are so welcoming. They truly care about all of our client's safety and wellbeing. They have always made us employees know that they care for our safety and wellbeing too.
