6As per my last review, I had a not so great experience with Caremode. My brothers more recent support worker was amazing and an asset to their company, however the team working there were consistently unorganised and not helpful. One of the staff members in particular lacks compassion towards people with a disability and their families and does not show any understanding of how their incompetence can cause immense frustration. For the sake of future clients, you should consider working on your listening skills to avoid constantly making avoidable mistakes and learn how to be respectful to clients and their families in the way you speak. Over the last 2+ years I have found it extremely frustrating trying to get the team there to understand my basic requests when they should be trained well enough to do their job accurately.

I've been consistently disappointed by this service provider. I've had to call multiple times just to get the bare minimum done and I feel like I am never taken seriously because they keep making the same mistakes.
I've had carers show up late consistently, carers who have told me last minute they won't be doing their shift and ones who have just not shown up at all with absolutely no communication resulting in me having to always move my life around to accomodate a provider that apparently can't provide anything.
It is appalling that after my mums death I have been put through so much extra stress and grief trying to deal with this provider to find a carer for my brother with no results.
This had been an absolute headache to deal with. I would not trust the 5 star reviews.
