3 My two children started attending Cardinia Lakes Early Learning Centre in August this year. We had quite a rough patch with previous management. However, since the change with Natalie coming in, we couldn’t be happier! The team there is great, always super welcoming and accommodating. The overall atmosphere in the centre has lifted massively!

Place has become a disaster zone in the making thanks to the new management for having sent the best and intelligent staff of the previous management home, also new staff are clueless my son has a allergic condition, he was let to tear him self up for a few hours (itchy skin), which brought him to distress and he vomitted, that's when the new staff decide to call me all I did in front of them was to tell them to bring his medication and give him a dose and it stopped in 10 mins.
The never told me about the sudden stance of a 24 hour rule they decided to impose because of the eduction department decided to visit the place the next day, the person from edu was smiling alot at the staff any ways not interested in leaving my son in this place again sad, that my daughter was one of the first kids in the beginning of this place now I have to move my son out of danger and inexperienced staff including management
The new current director has completely killed this childcare. The entrance to the child care used to be very warm and now is very cold resembling a prison. They over night changed their billing method and let families unknowingly run up $4000-$7000 bills dues to not applying CCS then demanding full payment and scheduling meetings with parents and to not even turn up with out notifying parents of the cancelation.
Many staff have been let go or left due to this director and safe ratios are not being met. The remaining educators are struggling to keep the place running through no fault of their own, management are extremely letting the staff and families down and most importantly the children
