2 Stars because the chap on the phone was perfectly nice and got back to me quickly, but they offered $11-$13k for a car that could have easily sold for $24k+ privately, and that I ultimately ended up selling to another car buying company for $20k.

Just make sure you shop around to verify they're not having you on.

Absolutely appalling they low ball you 5-6 thousand dollars for a car that has a full roadworthy and is immaculate on the inside. Will not be using them again or recommending to alot of people I know that want to sell cars.

Got a great offer on my late model Ford Territory and was very happy with my experience. The admin and sales staff were very helpful and made the process extremely easy. Hi I tryed to sell my car to theses guys an they sounded great yeah they would buy it with no mess around colon was his name very disappointed in this fella very sad m8 an thinks he knows all about your car an offers the shitties price for it an tells you oh it can't be that low KLM for the age of it could of been whinded back on dash what a joke colon an good luck with the rest of your sales

Apart from immediately offering the lower end of the telephone quote (I believe this is common for Car Buyers) we were very happy with the people with whom we dealt.

I was wary of selling my car through an online car wholesaler. However the money was in my account within 24 hours and before the car was collected. I probably could have got more for the car if I had sold it privately, but I didn't want the hassle of test drives etc. This was quick, easy and hassle free without having to worry about getting paid.

Quick process followed for assessment and sale. Initial price range can be misleading though

Discussed details about my car in the initial call and received a reasonable price guide on my car, booked an inspection for the following day, the mechanic was 1.5 hours late. Got a call later in the day advising I had an offer $6,000-$8000 lower than discussed the previous day (lowest offer I have received)

On the Mambas cars website there is a spelling mistake.
It reads "don't deal with doggy dealers"
It should be spelt " dodgy" not " doggy".
You've got to love the irony!

Not going to lie, this was the easiest way to sell our car. Agreed on the price in the morning and payment was in our account that afternoon. Conlon was a nice chap to deal with, actually they all were nice. Would recommend to get a few offers from other companies also. They will offer you a low price as Understandably they are a business to make a profit and will want to buy it for the lowest price. They were quit fast in getting back to me whenever I had a question.

Took a week of chasing and being ignored to even get a price, only to be offered 25% of market value. Complete waste of time. Was constantly hassled by auto emails and texts during this time also.
