I got a call not long after I had been hit and my main concern was not having a car as I’m a mum and have to run around a lot but these guys took that pressure of my shoulders and dropped off a car too my door within 3 hrs of being hit super professional and absolutely amazing service, I couldn’t not fault anything!

Carbiz was very proactive in providing me with an accident replacement vehicle. Jasmyn, Lara, Grace, Emma and Brock were all instrumental in playing a part in organising the delivery of the rental car at the repairers. They adjusted to the time that suited me best and it was quick and easy. 5 star service!

Ahmed and Emma, were absolute legends bring down a replacement car, they went through the car with me, every detail and the terms and conditions. Absolutely amazing people and company to work with so understanding and make you feel comfortable. Cheers Ahmed and Emma and also Carbiz.
