Very friendly and considerate staff and super clean and well maintained motor home. Vickie and dean allowed us to pickup motor home late evening before the actual rental started and we were able to fit all our stuff in that night to leave for our trip early next morning. That helped. Motorhome was fully equipped with everything you possibly will need on an outdoor trip including solar panel, electricity storage battery, gas bottles, grill, electric and gas stoves, microwave, fridge, electric PowerPoints, hot and cold water system, electricity operated aircon on top of built in vehicle aircon, toilet, shower, necessary utensils and cutlery, fitted (external) picnic table and awning but no bed linens or blankets and that’s probably due to COVID. A well maintained and late model (2018) vehicle on top of all this made our trip super comfortable and rememberable. I only had one disadvantage though, it was my first motorhome experience ever for travelling and camping but now I got addicted to it. Strongly recommended to deal with these people. I hope they will look after you as well.

Just a really great experience, from online, to meeting with Shane and Dean, to chatting with Vicky on the phone. Was a simple and streamlined process - even in these covid times. The van was mint, clean and comfortable and felt safe on the road.

I have been hiring Vans for 8 years now, highly recommend using these guys whenever you are planning a caravan or motorhome getaway. Allways an excellence experience with Vicki and the team.

IN MY HONEST PERSONAL OPINION. I will never deal with this company again. If something breaks due to normal wear and tear, you will have to pay for a new part. That will cost you thousands. They will just put it on your credit card without your permission. When I rented, a $20 pole broke and they charged me $600. Beware!

Terrible customer service! I had a three week run around to get a small deposit back, unanswered phone calls, unprofessional.

Great service, great family business that knows how to treat customers, caravans are brand new and very clean, once again thank you for your service, was great renting with you well worth the 1 hour drive to Geelong to pickup the caravan. As I have a local eastern suburbs caravan hirer local to me that will never see my face again.
