We were impressed with our whole experience. Despite my initial concerns about the webpage collecting ‘loose’ information to set a quote, it all played out well, efficiently and courteously. Communication with the company was timely and helpful, the tow truck came quickly and I was paid the quoted amount as a cheque after I provided the keys and some ID.

Easy experience and fair price to remove my old neglected car ($350 for 2003 Holden Astra). Great communication every step of the way. Called them Thursday afternoon, they promptly called back after I left a message, said they guaranteed removal by Monday but would do their best to source a driver for the next day, and would call me either way to confirm. Tow truck driver called 2 hours later to confirm next day pick up. Geoff from Magic Towing called that morning when he was on the way, was very professional and friendly on arrival. Cheque for amount quoted on the phone. Stress free and hassle free!

They were able to come within a reasonable time and in fact arrived at that approximate time as stated. They were prepared and they did not take long to remove the vehicle. They gave me a cheque for the undriveable vehicle which was the amount offered when booked which was fair and reasonable. The driver was polite and courteous. I would use them again

Very good service, came and collected the car within a couple of hours of me calling them, gave me a cheque when
they loaded the car, very pleased with the amount they gave me for the car also.

Had a car I wanted removed. Had a prompt response to my email and was offered a fair price for the car. They were very accommodating as to the time of pick up. A neighbour ended up purchasing the car.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending or using this company again should I need too.

What a waste of time. I start calling this company from 8am in morning till 8pm at night, they keep telling me we will call you back but no one did.
I call car removal from williamstown they came within 1 and half hour and pick it up. If you can't pick it up just let us know, don't make us wait the whole day telling us we will call you back.

Not even a 'hello' or a 'how are you' when calling this morning, just, "Car removal". I just wanted to enquire if they were interested in my car that had no keys. I got my answer very blatantly with no interest in helping me. He ended up saying I'd need to get a locksmith in order for them to to tow it. You guys are car removalists aren't you? Even I know you don't need a key when I know nothing about cars. I said I was prepared to show any identification to prove it was my car but he didn't seem to care.
Their website is full of reasons why they're the best company to go with as their customer service is like no other, I was convinced! Completely different on the phone lol, he sounded like he hated his job.

No worries, took my business elsewhere and got it towed quite easily within the next hour. Thanks

Towie was really friendly. Tow truck in great nick. And always kept informed of when he would be at the pick up. Really great experience. But I haven't seen cheques for awhile. That through me a bit haha!
