2We have had great holidays with Captain's Choice but you have no hope of ever getting off their mailing list. Despite many emails asking them to stop we still get our letter box stuffed with their advertising. If we are away for a few days their stuff sticking out of our letterbox advertises that we are not home. We don't want it and they seem unable to stop it. Sometimes we get a double dose because we are in their computer twice. This review is in desperation. Captains Choice your organisation ability is suspect when you can't even stop mail outs. Your last email reply stating the stuff would stop hasn't worked.
Mu husband and I have just completed a Captain's Choice/Silverseas cruise from Bermuda, Cuba, Jamaica, Isle de Providencia (Colombia) to Colon (Panama). Both CC and SS were wonderful from start to finish. The Captain's Choice tour leaders were exceptional in their attention to detail, ensuring that their guests were comfortable and looked after in every aspect. The Silverseas Expedition team provided stimulating and well prepared lectures, the hospitality staff were marvellous and all in all it was an exceptional experience.
