4We had a dispute with a damaged jar of paint in the post. Now they refuse to sell to me at all. Shocking business behaviour. I was never told you were "in hospital", I only knew you would not give any part of a refund. The dispute WAS settled eventually by the company and I considered the issue finished. I had previously left a good review on Google, that I now rescind.
This is my go to store for all my furniture flipping and creative needs. The biggest selection of tools and products I’ve found in one place. The customer service is fantastic too, I’ve written to them online for guidance and they have promptly given me advice on which products would work best for my needs. 10/10
Excellent service as usual - would recommend for any craft supplies. Di has a wealth of knowledge and nothing is a problem. 10/10
Love the quick delivery of my products when I order as I live in Sydney and I always look forward to my little treats with my orders. Best pricing than anything available in Sydney and more variety. I wish to come to Melbourne and this will be my first stop.
