The food was good however it took a long time to come out especially at the end, when we ordered crepes. My friend’s crepes had a nice dusting of icing sugar while mine did not even though they were the same.

A great menu with lots of variety, plus lots of gluten free options. Lovely meals. Staff extremely friendly and efficient.

I enjoyed a high quality lamb pizza at a reasonable price. There was plenty of marinated lamb and tzatziki. I look forward to going back again.

I've been here a couple of times and the food is consistently great. The pasta in particular is fantastic. The people running the store are always lovely too. Definitely recommend to anyone travelling up the mountain.

Bohdi Coonan was quite rude to me and called me fat because i ordered a large pizza and my pizza was to salty.for my second trip to the small pizza shop i was greeted at the door by non other than bohdi coonan he told me i was not welcome at the store anymore and told me to f off.next i time i went there i wanted to order a coffee and bohdi coonan made it and threw it at me i now have 3rd degree burns and all i wanted was a coffee

Our go to place for delicious seafood pasta, meat free bolognaise and the best plant based Parma I've had in ages.
The garlic and cheese pizzas are delicious, ribs ordered by our carnivore brother looked juicy and tender and the seafood crepes are full of giant prawns and scallops. Everyone we've taken there has loved it. Staff are friendly and I love that so many young locals work there.

The day I moved up to Kinglake, I didn't have a working kitchen so I went to Cappa Rossi for a pizza. Before I got there, I was given the advice that the locals in the know don't eat there. I wish I listened. From my experience I am now one of those locals.
Cappa Rossi can not be described as selling pizza. If you're after an actual pizza, do yourself a favour and buy one of the ready made pizzas in the deli section of the IGA next door. It'll cost half the price and is absolutely superior.
Some of us wished that the tourists and cyclists would stop coming up here and continue to support this business, only to leave disappointed. We'd love it to close and have an actual pizza shop open.
The only good thing about this shop is that it gives some of the local kids a job.

What a great little place to have a feed, kids and adults loved it, will definitely go back
