33I have had multiple procedures there over the last few years, the most recent I so impressed with how quickly staff fitted me in and how quickly reports were returned to my doctor. Highly recommend.
When they do the actual imaging customer service is good and everything goes well. If you want to actually talk to reception forget it, they never answer calls even kept calling head office for capital radiology which is hopeless as well, got through to someone who then hung up. Obvious how they cut costs at this place
Don’t even bother trying to ring, it won’t get you anywhere.not sure the point in having a phone line when there is no one to answer the calls?
Incompetent People over the Phone, who don't even know what tests their Facility provides. Was referred to the Main centre because other one said, we don't do NIPT test. To find out, none of the centres do NIPT test at all.
Omg! I could scream, spent 20 mins yesterday waiting for them to answer the phone then gave up
today finally after 25 mins they finally answered and hung up on me! Argh
Thank you Capital Radiology Vermont for looking after my family for various scans and x-rays! Nothing but praise for your professionalism and care from the front office staff through to the Xray and scan Technicians! Great service
Polite reception staff and technicians were nice. Went for a CT scan and had to wait for very less time. It was quite quick and organised.
Experience was quite poor. Slow staff that seem like they aren’t happy. I waited a lot longer than they told me I would and i had no idea what was going on. They are not open on weekends even though they say they are.
I wouldn’t recommend capital radiology Vermont to anyone.absolutely hopeless I got a dating scan done on the 11th of February 2022 and they lost the scan in there system only finding it yesterday and still have not written the report.if you are considering getting a scan done with them I would highly recommend rethinking your decision.
They told me one thing from the ultra sound, then my gyno said it was another! Also, I get no copy of the ultra sound result as its only sent to the gyno! I will never go back to this place again!
I was trying to reach your number for about one week to book a ct scan. I was on the line for hours noone pick up the phone. How can you expect people to reach you if you do not provide someone to answer phone calls.
I went to book an appointment for my mom on Monday morning at 9 am, there are 3 girls at reception but they are in their own world talking and laughing.after like ages they came out of their world when waiting line has increased to few people.she was so rude when I asked questions about scan my mom is having, I have asked my Specialist not to send us or any of his patients to capital.having in many locations is not the point, at least have in only few locations and have proper staff.please we don't want to spoil our mood early in the morning because of these kind of people.

I tried to make a booking over the phone, the booking staff asked me to book via email. How rediculous!
Extremely RUDE receptionist Tania. She has absolutely no basic empathy for patient at difficult situation, and no respect or understanding for people who are already suffering physically.
Dont answer their phones, message sent to confirm was without a time and trying to ring to confirm time was impossible, an hour on hold.
Go anywhere else.
Just had an OPG and the Radiographer was very rude when asked for a copy of my opg. She stated that on the request form it was to be sent electronically. I then said Im paying for this report and Im entitled to a copy and she then turned the whole thing around by saying I was being rude. I had just come out of a dentist appointment and one half of my mouth was numbed and sore. I was polite and was struggling to speak properly and she had the audacity to say I was rude. My phone then rang and she then told me to turn it off although I ignored taking the call. She definitely needs more training on customer etiquette. The reception staff was very polite and obliging.
Radiology staff have been lovely but obviously there’s a problem with the reception staff. Every single time I have called, I am on hold for at least 15 minutes, even when I have called in the morning thinking it would be quieter. Currently on the phone with them and have been on hold for 1 hour. Absolutely ridiculous. Especially because when I’m there there’s always 3 reception staff on. Will definitely be avoiding this place from now on.
Extremely rude service. After being on hold for 15mins trying to get help to find the clinic, I arrived only five minutes late to my appointment despite my call never being answered. I was then told that because I was 10 minutes late I would have to reschedule my appointment. After taking my referral I was then informed there was a miscommunication, the fault of the staff member, and they could not proceed with my appointment. There was no consideration for us and no effort made to resolve the situation. We left the clinic having no procedure performed. I will not be returning to this clinic, and will not be recommending to anyone else.
Very unprofessional. They don't know how to treat patients. And put too much stress on me during the whole process of a simple ultrasound!
Reasonably fast walk-in service for x-rays if you have a referral from your GP. I asked if they could also send me a copy of the images (to show my physio), but they said they don't provide patients with electronic copies. Then their printer broke down so they provided it to me on a CD.
