It's been 3 weeks since I've done scans and yet to receive a written report from radiologist. Absolutely pathetic.

The receptionist need proper training in handling disappointed customer. By all means if you have other alternatives don’t go to this centre or you will be treated poorly by the receptionist. Got a missed call in the morning to tell that my appointment for today was rescheduled. Obviously being so disappointed as I have taken a day off work, I tried to keep my calm as they put me on hold trying to find “better alternative”. My husband took over the call and the lady over the phone keep on saying “I can’t hear you” obviously my husband then speak louder to my shock the lady replied “don’t raise your voice I’m gonna transfer you to another lady”. Wow just wow. No remorse they just ask to understand their situation without UNDERSTANDING as a customer who has been waiting for 2 weeks. Go somewhere else that’s my advice. I got no option as I was referred by my GP here. They told me next appointment 7 June and they don’t even book me in. They knew they were short of staff as they said they have to cancel appointments yesterday as well, could you not let me know earlier then? Not on the day. If you were being courteous and polite, it would be much better but no you were not as your service was just poor and seems like you hate your job so much that you poured it out to your customers.

Overpriced, and you will never get your Medicare rebate back, as they will claim it to themselves.
If you want to get it back to you you will have to stay on the line for more then am hour in order to hear that this is not their fault, and that Medicare made a mistake. Then you will call Medicare and Medicare will tell you, that it is not their fault and that this place made a mistake. You will try to call back to this place and no one will pick up a phone. So, unless you have lots of money and you don’t care about Medicare rebate or if you have lots of time to try to get your money back, DONT go there. I went today to Marina ultrasound and had a wonderful experience. The doctor and receptionist were both extremely nice and they charge 30% less. Also you don’t have to wait on the line to make an appointment.

Nice modern clean place with a spacious waiting room and facilities. Quick appointment times and very professional. I didn’t have to wait to be seen on my appointment time. Bulk billing services available also

I am so appreciative of Dean (Federman) who fitted me in on two occasions for a hydro-dilatation injection to remedy the acute pain in my frozen shoulder. I had received the procedure once before at another Capital Radiology clinic which had no effect and there I felt like just another number wheeled in and out as quickly as possible. But Dean took the time to listen to my full health story (I have metastatic stage 4 cancer) and was incredibly generous with his time and advice. When the first injection he gave me had limited effect he didn’t hesitate to fit me in again and the last injection has worked a charm. I was suffering terribly prior from the shoulder pain, which on top of cancer treatment, was physically, mentally and emotionally unravelling me, but Dean made me feel heard and a priority and for that I am extremely thankful. I couldn’t recommend Dean and his team (at Capital Radiology Monash House Clayton) highly enough, and thank him so much for making me shoulder pain free!

Wouldn't even give one star for this place. They charge an immense amount for just an ultra sound, go to any other capital radiology at Clayton, they'll charge you only 135$. Moreover, if you are trying to gve them a call, you have to wait minimum 15mins on line to get it answered

I was sent here yesterday when my doctor suspected I had a DVT in my leg. The referral was marked urgent and according to my doc, they'd see me right away or asap.

Capital Monash refused to see me saying that they were too busy.

I then when to the Cheltenham branch and they confirmed that it I had 2 DVTs in my calf. Obviously very dangerous.

Took elderly mum for an MRI with SHANE. He was NOT INTERESTED in my safety concerns for mum or any questions I had. He was ARROGANT, ARGUEMENTITIVE, DISREPECTFUL
and RUUDE. Is that why this place has a 2.6 rating?

People here are no more qualified than an autistic 12 year old learning how to wheel out the bins on garbage day and over time learning the different color bins that are meant to go out. Keeping this very short and sweet and straight to the point for everyone, if anyone is worried that there's a chance they could have cancer, they'll send you off not once, TWICE, and tell you that you're fine, and 6 months later someone else might tell you that you have terminal cancer and that it's just everywhere. So, to avoid that, CLEARLY, stay very VERY clear of this place. Goes without saying, but yeah. Go to the building 300 metres up the road. They actually have professionals there.

I have had a great experience the two times I used this clinic - minus cleanliness of the MRI machine (still had someone's hairs on the pillow with no cover) - when they found something unusually they immediately called me and helped me arrange an emergency scan! Very thankful to the reception team:)

Went for a CT scan as soon as they opened. Was in and out in about 20 minutes. Aim to be there about 5-10 mins earlier to fill out patient and IV contrast permission forms. All staff were great and equipment is relatively new.

Parking is a bit weird as it's separate from the hospital parking. When you buzz, it seems they don't answer, but the boom gate will open, so keep an eye on the far boom gate as you buzz in.

Fingers crossed i never get to use Capital radiology's services in future. Really disappointed with their service at the Clayton centres. They cancelled my appointment when i was 10 minutes late for my ultrasound which i had to book weeks in advance as there were no dates. Not even a phone call to check if i was coming for my appointment. Just cancelled! 10 weeks later i make another booking well in advance again and one working day before my appointment I'm told it has to be cancelled as there was no staff who could attend to my appointment and that it should never have been given to me in the first place! Pathetic care factor. Did not even try to compensate in any way. Luckily i found another clinic way cheaper. Managed to get a booking easily and also the staff was so polite.

Mum and dad went there today for an appointment at 10am and the receptionist working was rude and dismissive towards them. I believe her name is Jenna? And basically she raised her voice and was very condescending when mum and dad asked for clarification to her questions. Mum and dad are from a non English speaking background and were met with very little tolerance from this staff member. Mum also wanted to stay by dads side to assist with his English as his is poorer but the receptionist told
mum to wait outside the building and that she would be called in if needed. This too was in a very rude and condescending tone. Mum called me in tears as she was quite shaken by the whole ordeal. Surprising that someone in healthcare has very little tolerance towards people and instead of showing kindness displays complete disregard.

I was referred to Capital Radiology by my doctor. After reading the reviews I was quite concerned about my visit. I called to make an appointment for an ultrasound. The lady on the phone was nice and informed me of the cost (ultrasound for pregnancy is not bulk billed) and requirements on the day. My appointment was for a week later which was today. Parking on site was free if you parked at the Capital Radiology parking. I came 15 minutes early to my appointment and filled in a couple of forms. I only waited a few minutes before I was called in. The man who performed the ultrasound was very friendly and informative. I asked if I could have some pictures printed and he printed them for me. I'll be going back there for my 12 week scan. I had a pleasant experience.

Had an appointment for an ultrasound injection in my shoulder today. The lady that took me through to the Drs room was amazing, such a friendly nice helpful person. Great service and customer care.

The clinic is busy but well run, the receptionists are efficient, the radiologists are very professional.
I was very pleased with the service.
Highly recommend this clinic.

My wife and the baby visited there afternoon and asked the (overweight) receptionist sitting in the middle named Jenna for appointment questions, she answered very rudely and unprofessionally. I think she definitely needs some retraining for greeting customer. A star for this uneducated woman.

Today I had a Spect CT Scan at Monash House, I had my first procedure around 9.15 am and the second one at 1.00 pm. Both procedures were done by Sonny, the injection was done professionally he was very nice and patient. The facility was very clean.
