Really slow, they told me the appointment is at 1.00pm, and I was waiting there for the doctor coming back at 1.00pm, but unti 1.30pm the doctor still not back. And no one tell me that. It’s really bad area and no responsibility at all. Really bad experience….

I had the hips ultrasound today and a sonographer was very friendly and professional. The girls at the reception were also nice.
Overall, it wasn’t bad at all as some of the online reviews suggest.

The student staff there independently did all the work which is very unprofessional. Had a bad experience with the student. The 2nd time I asked for a full licensed staff when making the appointment but was still asked to see the student. After I insisted that it must be done by the full licensed staff, I was kept waiting for long time, one hour later than my original appointment time! Very disappointed for the service!

Attended Capital Radiology Camberwell for my daughters ankle (football!) injury and couldn’t have been happier with the staff and the service. In the space of a little over 1 hour we had an ultrasound (detected bleeding/fluid), X-ray (no break) and MRI (torn ligament!). From the receptionist, who was very helpful, through to Angus Richmond managing the case through the practice plus Mandy Ren and the MRI person (sorry no name) we were well cared for throughout. Thanks Capital!

Had two xrays done in September, the radiologist was lovely the entire way through. After both xrays were completed I asked the recieptionist to forward a copy of the scans to my prefered clinic, and she said she did. Both times.

When I arrived to my doctors clinic to get the results, the clinic had no xrays on file, the receptionist never sent them. Very dissapointing to be told on two seperate occasions that something was completed, but nothing was actually ever done.

Very bad experience. Receptionist totally out of control, struggling with phone calls and mobile ringing.yelled at mobile whilst being on the phone, then left reception for back to recover and then asked me to make another appointment as only 5 min left until owing time. Had been waiting on fax and then also email, as said receptionist unable to locate either!

I had my MRI done June 9 and it has been a week and still no result. I was told it will be out within 2 business days.
I called them twice already to follow up, both ladies mentioned how it was odd my record hasn't moved.
I was then guaranteed they'll get my result sent ASAP latest the next morning, but as of today, I'm still waiting. They then said I have to wait another day bec again no one has reviewed my MRI.

I have a growing lump and I need to know my next steps already! I am not able to sleep from the anxiety.

I was referred by my podiatrist to have an X-ray and ultrasound of my left foot. I had this done on the 6th of April. When I next visited the podiatrist on the 25th of April, he told me he had not yet received the results. On the 26th I called at your Camberwell office and was told that it was not sent because the podiatrist did not have a fax. Surely I (or the podiatrist) could have been informed of this and we could have taken some action. No apology was offered for your lack of action. I then requested a copy of the report and also the films. It took 30 minutes to produce these. Not happy.

Don't bother calling the direct line. You'll sit on hold listening to music for hours. No responses to online bookings either. So frustrating.

Excellent service, from entering the premises, registering at reception with a very smiley, happy and helpful young lady, right up to the superb, assuring and comforting ultrasound procedure by Vivienne. Thank you for making it really easy and informative along the way.

I had an MRI procedure done on Monday 31/5/21 at Camberwell. Great service, on time and in a lovely new building. The staff were fantastic and I will now attend the Camberwell centre if I need further x-rays, scans etc, even though it's not close to my home.

Made a booking via phone call 1 month prior and apparently that was my mistake according to the receptionist. "I made a booking too early. "
I got a call from the receptionist a week before my appointment saying my appointment day has no doctors on site so it has to be rescheduled.
I wish I can change my annual leave easily.

Receptionist (Ms. Karl) was very kind, CT radiographer was great and got good communication skills. Facilities were clean including on-site parking. Would recommend!

Had an MRI exam. New clean building with on and off street parking. Appointment was on time. Excellent service and care from the Radiographer in all regards. Thorough reporting from the Radiologist regarding my injury. These people found the injury that was completely missed by another, different brand, XRay/CT clinic. Could not have asked for better service from Capital Camberwell. Thankyou. Highly recommended.

As a walk-in, I waited 50 minutes while 8 other people went in for an x-ray.front desk was unable able to give me an explanation why it was taking so long other than that there are different types of appointments and they take different amounts of time.it feels like they had the opportunity to say we only have one room for your type of appointment and it’s probably gonna be an hours wait. Rather than let me sit there and watch 8 people come through the door and have their x-ray.

I had the most comfortable pelvis ultrasound, the sonographer was gentle, friendly and professional. Both of the receptionists I spoke to were very friendly too.
