Very good experience and will definitely come again！

I was in a rush to get to the clinic this morning and forgot my referral，but the lady at the front was very professional and understanding. She was happy for me to reschedule the appointment but also double checked if I got E-referral，which I did but I wasn't aware！

The sonographer was friendly and caring throughout the process as well.

The sonographer Ivy is very caring, patient. The experience is extremely positive, and I highly recommend her!

Don’t understand why they have a low rating here. Donny was fantastic at reception and helped me set everything up for my appointment.

My OPG went great with grace as well. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Get in and out quickly fast service off street parking and also in the building at cost, the centre it's near the Boxhill Hospital

I booked two weeks out for my 12 week ultrasound only to be called the morning of my appointment to be told my 11am appointment is cancelled because the sonographer said the doctor didn’t feel comfortable doing my scan at 12w 2d as in her eyes it was too early.
Once I had spoken to the doctor she stated it was the sonographer that didn’t want to do i and suggested my specialist that sent me for the appointment didn’t really understand how unltasounds worked.
They all seemed to be playing the blame game and not taking responsibility for the fact this should have been picked when the appointment was made or at least in a time frame that allowed me to book somewhere else. So much unnecessary stress caused due a lack of due diligence.

First time here for an ultrasound. I would rate it 10 out of 10.
Reception was fantastic, I was running late and they were totally understanding even gave me a mask as I forgot mine in the car.
The Sonographer was amazing,
thorough and listened to me. Answered any questions I had. Great attitude and quality service from this clinic.
Thank you for making my experience stress free.
Will be back again for further ultrasounds in the future.
Keep up the fantastic culture.

We have to wait here with 6 weeks old for an hr and kept getting message that ours is next turn. Probably no empathy from the staff, even asking them so many times message was going in deaf ears

I have been to this radiology clinic several times for an ongoing injury. Over the many times that I have been here I have been impressed especially with the service of ALL the receptionists. My last experience where I was having difficulty getting my referral from my Dr, ADA went above and beyond what would have been expected to get that referral for me. She was amazing and her boss should read this to know what a great employee she is. Alway happy with the service and workers here.

Really bad customer service experience, the receptionist is so rude. Always in a rush and want to hang up your phone. Never been there for the 2nd time.

Had a ct scan and 4 days later my specialist has still not received the results. The guys at capital radiology were so gracious to follow up. Thank you!

I feel sick to my stomach that I even have to give this place one star.
This would have to be the most incompetent practice I have ever encountered. From the minute I stepped through the door right up until waiting for my scan results to be sent to my doctor. My experience was horrific. Ruby on the front desk, is rude, sarcastic and inept. The ultra-sound operator had absolutely no idea what was going on, he was all over the place and said nothing but unnerving comments. I wasn't told I would be receiving an internal ultra-sound, instead I was just thrown a gown to 'put over legs' and then it was performed, I was absolutely beside myself. Once this was finished he turned to me and said that I will have to wait for my doctor as he doesn't know 'if this is a good or bad pregnancy' This is my first pregnancy and I feel absolutely devastated and violated that this was my experience. You should be disgusted in this location.

Always get a 2nd CT scan! Had a CT of the abdomen done here and the radiologist (Dr M P) recommended urgent surgical opinion and colonoscopy due to suspicion of colonic tumor. Had the procedure done on the basis of this report and they found nothing. Subsequent CT at Box Hill Hospital revealed the 1st scan was false reading…. Also frustrating that the hospital was unable to obtain the scans from Capital Radiology to check what he saw and how he came to that conclusion.

Very Veryy rude receptionist.asked her when to pay the money because i did not know their policies and she started to laugh and said that “ask the patient first if he finished then come and pay” in very rude way.never going back again.the receptionist was just an arrogant lady.

I would like to acknowledge the staff at Capital Radiology boxhill for being very kind caring and supportive across all avenues i was kept waiting for a specialist appointment for two hours and was able to see how great your team base is also a special shout out to the lovely lady who was teaching a new staff member i felt I could work there

I have been to this clinic twice for a pelvic ultrasound. Each time I was attended by a different receptionist and a different sonographer. At both occasions, I was treated very nicely, with a smile and a friendly attitude. Both appointments went on time. Both sonographers were thorough, listened to me, answered my questions (in fact better than my GP) and even showed and explained the images. Great attitude and service. Exactly what a patient needs- quality service, respectful and emphatic attitude. Bulk billed. Public health system needs exactly service like this. 100% recommended. Thank you, please keep the standard up.

I read the reviews too late and see what I have experienced is similar to many others. Receptionist yesterday when I called was polite so that’s why I rated 1. Today the lady was rude when I called and asked about how to enter building - never been before so she could have been more obliging to direct me nicely.
The attitude did not change when I entered and in fact worsened. I responded the same way I was treated.
The radiologist was condescending and whilst she tired to attempt to display some care it was rude as I was in pain and had limited movement to do what was needed. I am now in more pain than when I entered.
When customers attend places like this they have pain and it varies - maybe find out their limitations and take care with how you treat people. Won’t be back and now know why others have said same!

Worst radiology I have ever been. I had ultrasound appointment there in July 2019 for some of my fatty liver issues which was diagnosed at other radiology few months ago. The radiology guy maybe a radiologist was old Asian person who was in so hurry that he finished the whole abdomen ultrasound in less than 10 mins and told me that there is no issue with liver and other organs. I was suffering from issues and that guy didn’t even care about. Few days later, I repeated the test and my gastroenterologist found that I still have got fatty liver issue.
The parking is not free as it’s on same street as of Boxhil hospital.

I've read some reviews on here regarding rude staff at this clinic, and frankly I can't believe it! Not only did I find all staff at Capital Radiology Box Hill to be outstanding, but their equipment was brand new. This being the case, I was expecting to face a hefty bill for my Ulrasound and CT scan upon leaving, only to be told at reception that both tests were bulk billed! Talk about making my day! I'll definitely be spreading the word about how happy I was with Capital Radiology Box Hill.
