Capital Conveyancing Centre

I have bought and sold a few properties over the past 10 years and found Capital Conveyancing Centre to be a great service. I was selling a property and at the same time I had purchased another property. I had issues with my lender and Capital was not only able to resolve the issues for my purchase with the Vendor but managed to work with the Purchaser for my sale so that one settlement date could accommodate both matters which saved me a lot of money in fees and penalty interest. Capital Conveyancing provided the care and concern that I have not had before. I was even invited to attend settlement which was a great experience. I also recommended Capital Conveyancing to a friend of mine who recently bought a business as Capital Conveyancing also do business conveyancing and my friends were really pleased with the service and costs. I highly recommend Capital Conveyancing to anyone selling or buying property

Terrible! Took him five weeks just to get the titles as he didn't bother applying for them until three weeks after I employed him as my conveyancer. Even then he didnt apply for the correct ones and lots of required documents were missing. My place was on the market for 5 weeks with no-one able to make an offer as he couldn't get the correct paperwork on time. He doesn't even have an office, he works out of a car wreckers with no signage, the alarm bells should have been ringing then. I switched conveyances half way as I am sure he would of delayed settlement. DO NOT go with this guy!

I found the service to be absolutely rewarding. They were able to attend to a probate matter that solicitors charged a fortune for and were still not able to fix our matter. Capital Conveyancing were able to attend to the situation in less than 48 Hours. Wish I had been introduced to them sooner as it would have saved thousands of $$$. Highly recommend them to anyone. In contrary to previous review their offices are very professional and are above an Engineering firm and we were advised that the particular review was from a person who could not provide proper identity documents in support of the property proving ownership and was using another marital name which understandably would raise anybody's eyebrows.
Very professional, very informative and most importantly always took our calls and always returned our calls, unlike the law firm we were sadly referred to.
