Never open when their website says they are. If you’re not going to open at 9 as per your website, at least update your website so people don’t drive all the way in to find you’re closed. Happened twice in two days. I’ll go to Bunnings from now on. More reliable.

On multiple occasions I have encountered rude unhelpful customer service. I would like to spend my money locally however the poor service means I now avoid shopping here.

There's not alot of staff but the staff that are there are always happy attentive and mighty helpful.

Friendly staff, decent variety of products and convenient location. If you are in any trouble while visiting the island, Mitre 10 is to rescue.

I called up at 0830 to enquire about a product. Ricardo answered and he was extremely rude, as I asked if they stocked a product he cut me off and said we're not open until 9. Well champ don't answer the phone if you dont eant to speak to customers, your website said you were open too

If I can I would name all of them here, but I don`t wanna miss anyone. They are all friendly, professional and extra helpful. Always stocked up with staff that we need and by best possible prices! Thank you guys for going above and beyond my expectations! Smile is always on their faces no matter how busy they are!

Very rude staff, called about 5 times, each time was disconnected.
When a female staff finally answered, she said ’yes, ’ then immediately ended the call.
Called yet again and asked for a product, but she refused to check its availability as ’the store was [apparently] too busy for her to check. ’
Will not be supporting this place.
What is the point of the store maintaining a working phone line if the staff are too lazy to even respond to phone calls?
Seems like a waste of the owner’s money to me.

Helpful and jovial, so different from the usual Bunnings "I can't be bothered" attitude

Huge variety of supplies, helpful and very friendly staff and great store layout. There is even a key cutting service. One of the guys had us laughing with his hairdryer suggestions.

V helpful looking for light globes had no idea wot to choose got just what i wanted with a v v helpful, patient staff member

Found what we needed easily enough. Items we required were cheaper than we anticipated and the cashier was friendly.

Have stopped shopping here much now staff won't assist, they frown and grumble when asked a question. We go to Bunnings Wonthaggi.

The staff are very knowlagable and always eager to help. Prices are on par with stores in Melbourne and have very good specials every week.

Has wash clothe racks. Looked all over town for them. Good selection and reasonable price for cheaper ones.
