The staff at Inverloch are so good and helpful, it's always nice to get true service.

Staff member was very helpful. As soon as l walked in he came straight forward and asked to help me. Item was instore, a little more expensive than l had hoped.but not outrageously so.support local.

During the lockdown I rang to get a number of items. The staff member was super helpful and suggested other items if they didn't have the item in stock for me. She kept a record of the items i was after, gave me the total amount due and i ordered them straight away. They were boxed and ready for pick up within 10 minutes. I couldn't have been happier. They stock a small selection of hardware. Once you get the staff's attention, they're willing to help. Customer recognition can be upped a bit.

A hidden little gem. So much space to explore as most ppl go to Bunnings when Mitre 10 has just as much stock and there are not as many ppl about.

It was ok.i think it was lacking in products.possibly due to importing because of covid.couldn't get anything i needed

Worst customer service ignored in the Timberyard and ignored Go to the counter to be re-ignored again make a complaint and they don’t care maybe they will care when Bunnings build a new warehouse twice as big don’t waste your time going there

Best service and prices I ever got for paint and supplies. Was visiting from Melbourne and popped in for something I needed back home because it was easy to park. If I lived here it would definitely be my go-to-place for hardware.

Thankyou Bronwyn for your help today and your professionalism but Capeview I spent over an hour in the store getting assistance from your staff but there was no where to sit and look at brochures what are you guys thinking, need table and sitting arrangements for customers. Brochures and catalogues were mounted on top of your display cabinets, no where to place them, need to be better than that

THE WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN DRIVING THERE. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND TREATS THEM LIKE TRASH. NOTHING IS FOLLOWED UP AS PROMISED.
IF THE TRADIES STOP USING THE TIMBER YARD - IT'LL CLOSE WITHIN A WEEK.

Very poor in the sense of no staff can leave counters as no staff to cover them.
Would recommend Bunnings before these small guys

Mostly great. Need to check on what is currently available compared to website. Customer service though is excellent and always friendly and 'mighty helpful ' lol.

Good staff, clean environment, plenty of stock but damm expensive. No trade discount for tradies without a store account. For me, It’s the let down of the store.
