9 Poor customer service experience went in to order a wheel barrow I was told I would get a call back.
The Woman who took my order on the day didn't follow up.
Then when I turned up she couldn't care about serving me or geiing off the computer basically lazy and couldn't care attitude that screens i dint want ti ge here its a small community and bad attitudes and service will reflect on your business!
To add insult to injury the wheel barrow has a lot of scratches and isn't new and what I was thought I was purchasing not a happy customer satisfaction experience they seem happy but attitude is everything in business!
It seemed I was I visible to the staff. 2 did come towards me whilst I stood at the end of an aisle but just turned around. Nearly all the staff seemed to be hanging around the till. Off to Smith's hardware instead then.
I went in for a shower curtain. There was a reasonable variety for a small store. Yes I found one I liked. The garden centre there is quite large. I came home with lots of plants? For my empty pots. At the moment there is a large variety of roses in bags. Bulbs for spring flowering were plentiful too. A good place to wander around and get ideas and plants from?
Great store with healthy plants in the garden centre and a good selection of items on offer.
The staff are also super helpful and friendly
Went in for weed killer and picture hangers. Came out with all the bits to fix seven jobs not just two. Busy week ahead.
Did not have what I wanted and no one asked me if I needed any assistance. So I went to Smith's Hardware. They are friendly & helpful there.
Found what i needed
Fittings for the irrigation system
They had a fitting missing
The person at the desk was helpful even though he had to mind the desk.
Found the missing piece in the gardening area.so it is worth asking
Also they open on Sunday between 9 and 1pm.which is handy for a country store
In addition you get the rewards card!
All you need for garden and handy man work lovely healthy plants staff with lots of helpful hints and manager very community minded and easy to talk to with regards to consumer needs.
